I don't know what happened on this trip to Chipotle but I am sorry to say the food wasn't good. Actually I can say what happened exactly- the food we were served wasn't fresh -the steak was over cooked but probably was just sitting around too long in the warming tray, same with grilled veggies which were soggy. Who is managing the the food quality, if the food is not at the companies standard - the decision should be made TO NOT SERVE IT. Really dissatisfied- we should've gone to Pura Vida Mex Food - honestly there you never get a bad meal.

Steak was cold asked for Double Steak and they barely served a spoon and a quarter not worth the extra 2.89 horrible experience
Horrible location, staff is not running the business correctly. Take time to go to another chipotle.
They give you the absolute smallest portions possible on the meat and the guacamole and if you say anything about it they act annoyed as if you have just inconvenienced them. Not the first time this happens either.
The best you already know it...when you want to get full completely this is the place to go..Serio

I loved the service and everything all the lines were running smoothly I got a veggie bowl and really enjoyed it. I want to try one of their burritos next time.
