3rd time visiting this chillis . I do believe there’s a little improvement needed in customer service needed. (A lot of bad mouthing from servers going between each other) .The food was good. Average.The Resturant needs a deep cleaning bad . Lots of dust in the vents and lamps and window ledges . Restrooms where filthy. It was only 1pm .The waiters clean the tables with the same damp rags they cleaned all the other tables with . All the food crumbs fall on the floor and they don’t sweep them up . They just leave them there . I’m not blaming the employees but bad management and training.
I just went yesterday in hopes of enjoying a nice dinner to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Instead I was left disappointed and I am never returning to Chile's again. I already had a bad experience at a different Chile's location but I still chose to give it a try at a different Chile's that is more local to me. When my boyfriend and son and I walked in to the restaurant we were standing waiting to be seated and no one acknowledged us or bothered to look in our direction to let us know that someone will come assist us. Instead we stood there just waiting and about few minutes just waiting someone from the back comes to us and not even saying hello and seemed very dry just flat out said, "We just had someone walked out." I'm like okay?? And my boyfriend was like so what? And the guy told us it will be a long wait and the kitchen is kinda slow today just basically implying that we should just leave. I was stunned and understanding that things like that occur but the way he told us it just seemed he didn't want to serve us at all. Not even willing to accommodate to anything. Franky if I'm already being told this I'm not going to stay and and spend my money on a place that doesn't want to serve my family. I was disappointed and angry because like I mentioned we came in hopes of enjoying a nice birthday dinner. I would have put 0 stars but unfortunately it doesn't give you that option. To anyone wanting to go to Chile's I say you would have a better time somewhere else.
Had an entire list of items they didn’t have available . The list was written in a pink highlighter marker. (Horrible)??? Close the restaurant if you don’t have food
Slow service... Very Unorganized and Need An inventory management staff members who order the food supply according to the sales because they're always out of something. Get it together Carson.
The wait time to be seated was almost an hour for a party of 4, which is to be expected for late Sunday afternoon. No problem. The problem started when it took 15-20 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table. When we did get our food is was very good, but after that our waiter was nowhere to be found. No one in our area was getting any service from anyone. When it was time to pay, I tried to use a reward I had but the tabletop device wouldn't accept it. I called one of the front desk hosts over and he asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, but of course the manager never showed up. Then I attempted to take my daughter to the restroom, but the women's restroom was so disgusting that she was forced to wait until we got home. Before paying we needed To-go boxes but because we still couldn't get any help, we were forced to go and get our own. Our bill was over $112 and needless to say no tip was given. This Chili's was a definite horrible experience. Good food but an absolutely worthless establishment. You should be ashamed of yourself. I feel so bad for all of the families that were there on February 27, 2022... Sunday Outing Gone Wrong...I won't be returning there EVER!!
This was by far the Worst dinning experience I have ever had! First we had to wait a hour for a table in the dinning room, even though many tables were vacant. Although our waiter was nice, but it was his first day and he was overwhelmed due to the lack of support. He was the only server in the dinning room, while there were at least three servers in the bar! The food came out a hour later including side salads and apps. Fortunately for me, the Margaritas came out on time, so the sugar kept me from having a diabetic episode from lack of food. The manager was rude and condescending. The kitchen was understaff, they were out of items and what we did get was bland and pitiful. I tipped my waiter, but refused to pay a cent for that meal.
Our waitress was very attentive and met all of our needs although she was the only one working the whole side of the restaurant. This restaurant took a hit on staffing due to the pandemic. If you visit please be kind and patient as the staff that's left are really trying their best.
I went to lunch today with my sister. Very disappointing. They took a long time to get our order done. The food was warm no hot and to top it off my sisters food had a hair in it. YUCK!!?
Well the waitress was very nice and hospitable they were out of the several things that I had ordered so I had to reorder a few times so the food I ended up wasn't freshly cooked or so it seemed therefore I wasn't very impressed with the restaurant it was something to eat I'm hungry but it wasn't great I will be looking elsewhere
Its Chili's! I could tell they were understaffed as there was a lot of open tables but the wait was 30 minutes. We ended up seating at the bar area to get faster service, however, there was some extra extra loud drunk folks ? Food was decent, my daughter "disliked" her chicken, I had a taste and I "disliked" it too ? ? Server was ok, she was doing her best with what she had going on.
