Came in couple mins ago purchases 2 kids meals & 2 spicy chicken deluxe meals. I live couple mins away, I got home took the first bite out of my sandwich and it was super cold, not even warm.my cheese wasn’t even a little melted - The bread wasn’t toasted. My daughters sandwich was the same. Not sure if they had the sandwiches sitting for too long but it wasn’t good. I asked for no pickles on both sandwiches and 1 of them had pickles.
The manager Miriam was awful and doesn’t know customer service, I had a complaint about not getting my order taken and still had to wait the whole line. The cashier Julie was amazing and attended to us in a friendly manner, Miriam should not be a manager
I had the Cobb salad for the first and I loved it, highly recommend it. The staff was courteous and helpful as always
Today I visited this location and went to the drive-thru. There seems to be an issue with attention to detail. I ordered an eight count and after the long wait and drive-thru I decided to pull over in the parking lot to consume my food. The fries are barely warm, and the eight count that I ordered was replaced by a three piece tender. I had to get out and go inside. Not only did they allow me to keep the three piece tender, they gave me my account however they did not replace the fries. I haven't been in this area in almost 10 years and was super excited to stop by because I love the food however they really need to pay attention to details. I no the person who ordered the three-piece tenders is going to be very happy with my account
I am never disappointed with the salads here. They have such a selection of dressings and most will taste delicious with the salad. The employees are friendly and thorough.
Love this Chick-fil-A usually stop here after work at least twice a week right before it closes I always park and go inside and I'm amazed on how fast my order is ready in and out in a flash and my food is always warm when I get home two thumbs up.
Was fast and efficient, but maybe a little too fast. They missed one of the meals I ordered and we didn't notice until we got into the stadium parking lot to eat. That was a major bummer.Otherwise it's great. The girl that took our order was awesome. Recommended the frozen strawberry lemonade and WOW! She was on point. It was delicious.
They half (or even quarter) fill my fries. Why am I paying that much for fries that are non existent? They need to be attentive. Sucks that this is one of the closest to me but I’d rather go to another chick fil a. I do not recommend this one. Food was cold too, didn’t seem like it was fresh made. Get your lazy arses to work.
This place has the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The chicken from here tastes like it came from a 2 parent home. Just bomb and the mac n cheese is Fire too.
First time visiting this location. Okay so I’m in drive thru and the gentleman greets me and I start to order. Yes I made a mistake by not telling him that I wanted meals right away.I happen to tell him after I order two spicy chicken sandwiches and one regular chicken sandwich and then I said can you make two meals. He then told me to let him know first that they were meals and then said “ let’s go back and do this again” I was like okay Well my bad. So then I continue my order and I said can I have them with crisscross fries and very rude he said that’s the kind of fries they come with. I was already feeling annoyed so I didn’t order anything else. Please forgive me for not knowing the menu by heart I’ve only been to chick-fill A a few times. I payed and left to KFC and to my surprise their service was so much better.
