The service was horrible and they got our order wrong twice. We walked into the restaurant and waited 20 mins, while the hostess was drinking a soda, starring at us and talking to a co-worker. She didn't come to greet us until she saw me walking to look for someone to greet and seat my family and I. To make matter worse, she sat everyone who came after my family and I first. Then, our waitress was not welcoming or friendly. She was so concerned with the table of men behind us that was flirting with her, that she got our order wrong. Never came to apologize for not taking our order right, never came back to check on us or ask us if we need refills. I would NEVER EVER patronize this location again.
This place was really unprofessional and had rude staff. We got seated after about 15 minutes but we’re never greeted by a waitress. The waitress kept passing by and would look at us but not say anything. About 20 minutes later of sitting one of the employees comes and tells us that the waitress is going on break and won’t be taking our orders for a while. He didn’t say anything but just stared at me until I asked if we could get seated somewhere else. He said I could go look for a table or go sit at a bar but didn’t even tell me what table to go to. A few more minutes went by and still nothing. We asked again what was going on and the same guy said someone else would take our order. Another ten minutes went by so I decided to leave. On the way out I told the host about it and she just said “okay” and kept looking. They were unprofessional and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing either. Useless staff. If you don’t want to work there then quit.
I ordered online for some lemon pepper dry seasoning wings and the wings I received were super stale like if they have been sitting for a long time and hardly any seasoning. I don't know how they expect for anyone to eat it like this. I also ordered a bottle of seasoning which was forgotten. I called for a refund and they mentioned that since it was an online order it does not show on their end that a seasoning bottle was purchased which is strange. I do not recommend at all.
The atmosphere seemed okay initially, the music was good and it was not very busy for a Friday afternoon. However some of the employees looked like regular patrons of the restaurant so you couldn't tell them apart from people also waiting to be seated. We waited maybe 20 min to be seated, and our drink orders were taken a few minutes in. However the real wait time began once we ordered food. It took close to an hour. The wings we ordered were salty and the fries were bland. The part that I really disliked was trying to get the waitresses attention for my check.
Admittedly, I was not going to dine in based on the most recent reviews in regards to wait time and staff but my gut deemed today’s visit necessary.A little info to start. 2pm on a Wednesday for one person and the restaurant was approximately 15% full. I was seated almost immediately and could not have been happier as I was on my lunch break. I ordered the 10pc bone-in meal with fries and veggies. Half spicy garlic and half desert heat, thank me later. My order arrived in just a little under 10 minutes and everything was great. The wings and fries were cooked perfectly and the veggies weren’t bruised or visibly aging. Luis and the rest of the staff were very attentive and in no way rude or condescending.In the end, going against my better judgement paid off. I advise you do the same and grab some wings!
Showed up tonight around 830. Walked in and waited for someone to seat us. Two employees walked by and didn't bother to acknowledge us. After about 5 or 6 mins someone finally sat us. Once we were seated we our waitress walked up to us and didn't say anything. She just expected us to start our orders, It was really weird. So we ordered a couple drinks and some wings, we sat there for about 20 mins and our drinks never came. Our Server walked by us several times never mentioning anything. After about 30 mins we decided to leave. Never getting our drinks or food. Every employee in there looked like they didn't want to be there. Never going back to this place.
Don’t go if you want good food. It’s not even okay food.
Horrible service. I just wanted a beer and quick bite. 3/4 through my beer with my head swimming I was finally asked if I wanted food. Had to ask for napkins and ketchup, which I had to turn upside down because it was empty. I should have took my beer buzz to Norms to eat.
A lot has changed with BWW but this location is definitely the worst.I feel like the owner is skimping out on the most basic items. Carrots and celery do not come with wings anymore. (1 DOLLAR EXTRA). Water is served in a to-go cup and silverware is given like a to go order.. Plastic utensils With 1 napkin. Really? 1 napkin with wings...I saw outdoor seating was also not available.The only lady I really saw working hard was a young brunette lady running drinks from the bar the the tables. Everything else was delegated by a supervisor to subordinates right in front of customers... Very rude.I love BWW but this location is trash. This place NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.
We came in at 6pm. We waited to be seated, until someone came and took us to be seated. She said we could sit somewhere in this area. We waited for about 15 minutes, before I asked for a menu, because no one ever came over after we sat down. About 5 minutes later I was able to get one of the waitress attention and when she came over she said that they was told they were supposed to get our names to be seated, and I told her that the hostess lead us to this area, and said we could sit somewhere in the area she took us to. The waitress then told me it's going to be awhile before they could get to us, because she was busy. I said ok even though we don't even have anything to drink. We were ready to order. 5 minutes later she came back and asked us to move to another area and we did. Someone finally came over after we were moved.We got our drinks and placed our order and immediately after it was placed the waitress asked me for my debit card.I asked why and told her I was paying with cash and she said we don't accept cash, and that this is just something we do with debit cards. She took my card and was away for about five minutes with my card. She returned the card five minutes later. She ran my card to see if I had money on my card, because on my bank statement it show's where it was ran for 0.01. I am reaching out because I feel like it wasn't right.
