I attempted to order a Turkey burger and fries with no seasoning on the burger or fries. The cook was about to shake something onto the burger and the order taker reminded the cook no season. The cook asked me if i wanted black pepper. I responded "no seasoning on the meat or fries" The cook wanted to argue with me that black pepper is not seasoning. He was rude when i asked for my money back and told me to GET OUT. I have patronize at BIG BURGER for over 10 or years. Because my health i can not have Seasoning on my food. I just don't understand the break down
Always delicious. Be specific and they almost always nail it.
The best burger and fries. I am pretty sure there is magic in the seasoning. Love that I can put extra seasoning in my fries.

Fire ?food fast service upon ordering your food. No long wait times at all. Food is always hott and fresh. Never a disappointment I'd anything you will be highly satisfied with the quality of food for your money.
Besides their food being Great and great Customer service. I left my camera Gear at their location and came back 6 hours later and everything was there saved in behind there counter. I rewarded them even though they didn't want to accept. Thanked them for being Great human beings. That was my life in my Bag

Love this restaurant so much, the food taste so amazing, the staff is friendly and understands the importance of cleaning the grill before making different types of meat... this is highly important to me because of my food allergies. The turkey burger is my go to....
