Tried to order the featured cheesy gordita crunch combo , and was told they could only sell the cheesy gordita crunch by it self and not as a combo with the two tacos. Even though it's advertised on their menu . Couldn't give me a reason why. I could order everything that comes in the combo separately for more money but not at the combo price. If they were out of ingredients and couldn't sell it I'd understand but advertising something and denying customer but could sell at a higher price is false advertisement.
My husband and I ordered online to pick up in the drive thru. The drive thru states to not do pick up there and to go inside instead, so we did. Waited about 5/6 mins, not a single person greeted us or was at the front to help. Getting impatient, we left and went through the drive thru instead. Eventually got our food, got home and the food was wrong. The extras i paid for weren’t there. I highly do not recommend this location, it’s never been a positive visit and the employees are never in good spirits. I took a chance coming today after not visiting for a while because it’s just down the road from my house and it’s frustrating to have another bad experience. We will not be visiting this location anymore.
There use to be little to no issues with this location, but lately it’s been horrible. Tonight I was there for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, ordered my food & then ordered a Dr Pepper, they told me they no longer have Dr Pepper, so I said I didn’t want a drink then, but the guy kept insisting on all these drinks, I’m pregnant & only like Dr Pepper & if you’ve ever been pregnant before you’d know that if you want 1 thing, something else isn’t good enough, but the gentleman sAys if you mix Pepsi & root beer it tastes like Dr Pepper, so I said I would try it, but then the guy gives me just straight pepsi which I literally hate, and on top of that it tasted like he mixed dirt into it, so I’m sure they don’t clean their machine, not good for anybody to be drinking that, especially not a pregnant women, I’ll make sure to steer clear of this place from now on
I went through the drive-thru today on my luncbreak and got the Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo Somebody Needs to understand that putting an old, hard, Stale, Taco shell, inside of a Cheesy Gordita Crunch does not make it any softer or taste any better. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. You might save a couple of dollars a month on food cost by robbing your (expensive $3.49) product of its freshness and taste, but! ]you lost me as a customer. Facts..
By far, the worst Taco Bell to go to. It’s been a few times I would try to order around 12:30am and they would say we are not taking any orders. They close at 2am. Not the employees faultTaco Bell stop short staffing your workers.
If you're hungry then by all means go to this location on Friday Saturday or Sunday but if you can avoid it then please do so. The staff members that work here at night and overnight all seem to be on drugs or really high as a kite all the time. It actually shows in the way they make food and how long they take. Horrible location to visit on the weekend. They can't even make a fake taco correctly.

My new favorite. Specifically I like taco bell drunk af. Last night they out did themselves tho. My mf taco chalupa was STUFFED and so was my quesadilla. Was so fire I had to come back for dessert and again they gave me the best Cinnabon minis ever. Ily nightshift. Yall the goat
Since Door dash wouldn't except the review here it is.Food was missing items, put together very sloppy (What we did get), and never get any hot sauce. It's primarily the night shift lately. I don't know who's working, but maybe a little more training is in order.
You guys always forget the hot sauce like 10 out of 10 times. Your DoorDash peeps still want hot sauce when we press the buttons specifically for it.
