My family love subways so this hurts to have to say. But lately when we order for in the evenings we have received poor customer service. But tonight has to be the worst. I ordered online a roast beef footlong we I got my sandwich I had two slices of roast beef that looked like it was shredded to stretch across the bread. Almost no lettuce and so much mayo and mustard it took me three napkins to wipe most of it off. The sandwich was not cut and there was no napkins with my order. I spent 13$ for a mayo mustard bread sandwich. I know for a fact that is not how the sandwich is supposed to be. I can honestly say I won't be ordering from there again.
Get there at 6:35 one day they supposedly close at 7....closed. I go on a Saturday and get there at 6:20.... Closed. When are you actually open?
This is probably the best Subway in the fair oaks area.They don't skimp on the toppings and take get your money's worth.You really do at the different in double meat.This is my go to Subway

This is the second time in a row I ordered tuna 6INCHSUB asked for toasted but it was not toasted. Good store however services of their employees aren’t great. Employees seem not happy. They must follow the directions from orders. Not coming back again.

Last Saturday I went here on my lunch break it’s was just fineBut two days ago on Saturday 22 it wasn’t fine I gotten chipotle sauce for my salad and I ate my salad and next thing Ik I had a really bad headache so bad that I didn’t feel really well . I feel so sick so much that I barley can do anything at work . And when I went home and turns out I had food poisoning. I highly recommend not coming here if you do then u might get food poisoning . . Don’t buy chipotle sauce
Food is the same as their other places, but this place closes way too early. Staff seem bummed out here as well...
