They always get my drink wrong. They never empty the trash cans. They are rude and do NOT know how to talk to customers or relay proper information. Then to get a manager that acknowledges that your there is almost impossible this location has been horrible with every management since chase. I go here because it’s closest to me however I have been driving to the sunrise Madison location clean, nice, fast, friendly, and efficient. Nuff said.
Was very fast at drive thru considering how many were in line ahead of me. Order was correct.
I walked over to this store, so couldn't use drive through. Employee told me I had to wear a mask, I can't safely do so due to medical reasons & said so. He handed me a mask which I held. He took my order and when I went to pay, he told me I had to put the mask on my face. I told him I cannot safely do that. He asked me why not and I said I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face covering.. Then he asked me what the medical condition is. This is a violation of ADA, and when I told him I don't want to give him the details of my medical condition he told me I would have to leave the store while my order was prepared. I told him I wanted to sit down at a table, and he told me I could not sit at the table in the restaurant. There were absolutely no other customers in the store. I left and walked down to another Starbucks, which was happy to serve me without any issues. You need to let your employees know that they cannot discriminate against people with disabilities. Accommodations need to be offered and they cannot treat disabled people differently. I know that people can sit at tables in restaurants without a mask, so this accommodation should not have been denied to me. You guys are going to end up with a lawsuit if you do not educate your employees.
Without fail they mess up my drink every single time I come to this location
Staffs are slacking off. I visited twice in last week and I wasted my time and extra money because they are not doing their job right and don’t fix it. That’s how this place runs. I am not gonna go back to this place even if this is the closest one to my apt.
Unfortunately, out of all of the Starbucks in the area it seems like this one always under fills my coffee. I wonder if this happens to anybody else? I’ve lived in the area for many many years and I’ve gone to the Starbucks and this seems to consistently be an issue here.
