Working with someone like Mr. Ethan Payne, is a good experience and has yield positive results
Very disappointed in the pasta dishes. 4 of us met for dinner there and we all ordered pasta dishes. None of us had been there in a long time and will not be returning. Service was fine and so was the bar, but the food was not good.
I really loved this place but the service just get worse and worse. This visit I have to go find our server to place our order, get water, and so on. They have a bigger kitchen but cannot even manage to get food out in a reasonable amount of time. The charm of their old location offset a lot of the shortcomings. Now those shortcomings are very visible. If there is someone in charge of this restaurant, they are clearly no where to be found. Tons of staff but not effective and all running around like they are lost and confused.

This place is not accommodating to groups. We were part of a group of twelve to fifteen people wanting to have dinner. Several of us were couples and wanted to have our checks separate. We were informed they could only write three checks total. We would have to divide it up on our own. It was before five o clock and not busy at all. We left to find dinner somewhere else. I will not return to this place.
I ordered a pizza and was disappointed. it wasn't anything special..not even hot after sending it back to the oven. I've heard about this place for 30 years and was really expecting a great pie, plus it was pricey. bar staff was nice though.

Food was extremely bland. Minestrone soup had no flavor and bland. Veal picatta had no flavor and the bed of pasta was even worse. The two SMALL pieces of veal were flavorless and had a chunk of fat in one of the four bite piece.Hostess seemed so confused of where to seat us when we asked for a booth. Which at the time had 4 open. We were seated right by the front door which everytime somebody came or went cold air rushed in.May go back to the Milagro Centre but not to this place.
Amazing food! Good prices for what you get. Atmosphere is amazing. Great wine selection. Amazing staff. Thank you for making date night with my love enjoyable every time!
I know I wont do Serritella's justice with this review. I will just say they are my favorite restaurant and it isn't close. I stopped in there on a whim 10+ years ago and I am so glad I did. I've been back countless times and have never had a subpar meal.They present a relaxed and casual atmosphere but I know they must work incredibly hard to maintain such quality and consistency. That applies to their food and their service. The owners and staff make you feel very welcome and appreciated.I particularly enjoy the Penne Mediterranean, Chicken Parmigiana, and the Whiskey Filet, just to name a few.
