I haven't been to this location in while aside frompicking up a free pizza a couple weeks ago, my last visit was disappointing in every aspect so I started using another location. But today I was in the area and pizza and a salad sounded really good so I stopped in, I normally just order to go but I dined in to get out of the heat. Jackie C waited on me and she was very pleasant (the whole staff seemed great), she helped me decide on my order ( she could tell I wasn't doing well, I was hot tired and starving) and brought it out when it was ready and kept checking on me throughout my visit, it was like being at a big restaurant rather than a pizza joint. I definitely plan on returning as a regular customer again.
I always order from this Round Table. I always order for delivery. Always get my order on time, and always hot. Delivery drivers are always pleasant, and very courteous. There is an RT closer to me, but I prefer this one, as all the employees are always so nice, and the drivers are always on time, and always knock on my door to let me know my order has arrived. This senior citizen will continue being an RT customer.
The best Round table in Sacramento! The customer service by the weekday morning crew is fantastic! They definitely care about and appreciate their customers!
I ordered a pizza and neglected to make sure you could take a 100 bill. I feel really really bad because it was my fault. We should have atleast given the driver his tip but didn't think about it till he was already gone. Truly sorry
This Round Table is the best. I didnt even realize it was so close to me. I was going to two other locations farther away and didnt care too much for their pizza. Love the customer service here also.
Well it took them over 30 mins from when it left the restaurant to get to my house by delivery driver I live two blocks from it I could have driven and gotten my pizza faster. When I get my pizzas and I open the box it's stuck to the box half my pizza has minimal cheese and the other half is drenched in it this is the worst experience I've ever had we called the manager he didn't care don't waste your money here we paid $75.85 for a large pizza a medium Pizza six garlic twists and one ranch for delivery when I shell out that kind of money I expect quality this place does not have quality control do yourself a favor call the one on sunrise boulevard on Monday and get 50% off they actually take care of you this one doesn't care you lost a customer permanently oh in this customer knows the number to corporate whom I will be calling tomorrow congratulations your franchisee is probably going to remove you Matt you're a horrible manager you don't deserve the position you're in.
LONG wait time for a simple pizza. When I left, there was 3 employees smoking cigarettes on the West side of the building. Also, I shop at Belair and every single time I leave there there's 3 employees out there smoking how do they keep the labor cost effective? I know raise the price of product so employees can be on breaks all day and night. I've never seen a business operate like this
It's Round Table always great pizza and this one is always quite and never really that busy.
Great tasty pizza in this location, staff were really friendly and I have not seen any tables that were round in shape
I came here during my lunch time. And Jackie C. ALWAYS made feel welcome and ALWAYS provided the best customer service. She remembers me when I come in, even with a mask on! Thank you for being so sweet!
