Went for dinner and the food was delicious. They apologized for being short staffed but my tacos were hot and fresh. The waiters were very friendly and provided good service.

The food is always good here. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even when they're understaffed, they do their best to make it a pleasant experience. House margaritas alone are worth the visit.

The food was pretty good here. I tried the cod fish tacos and.it was crunchy with spicy sauce . The mesa margarita was refreshing and the watermelon slice tasted good with it. It was my first time here, I don't know , it didn't seem like it was busy, but the service was slow. We sat at the bar for atleast 10 min, and we had to flag one of the two bartenders. They have an ice cream bar with gourmet flavors like Ferrero rocher flavor, some blueberry cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake, I think. That's actually pretty cool. My husband loved it.

This was our first time back to Mesa Mercado since Covid struck. There was a light crowd on Saturday at 5 PM. The hostess/bartender greeted us nicely. We chose to sit at a table and have a drink while waiting for our meal to be prepared to take home. My daughter chose the house margarita which was tasty and refreshing. I went with one of their several beers on tap and chose the Golden Road Mango Cart, a very flavorful mango wheat beer. I have been a fan of wheat beers since first introduced to them in Germany back in the day. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very festive and inviting. We enjoyed our wait. As for our menu selections that evening, I will remember the next time that not everybody makes the same item the same way. That said, my carnitas were good, but not what I expected. I could have done without the rice. The beans were delicious, but the serving was the size of a small salsa container, not enough! We did not receive a single tortilla with our meal, which surprised me. Who does not eat tortillas with such meals? We would have gladly paid extra, if we had been told. That said, my wife grilled up some delicious corn tortillas when we got home! My wife had wanted a chili verde burrito, but it was not on the menu, so we just got her a serving of chili verde. We did not receive the side salad we were told she would get. My daughter went with the carne asada and enchilada plate which was delicious! A nice portion of meat grilled nicely. We shared the deconstructed guacamole which was delicious as it always was, but not big enough a serving for three as were told. It would be okay for one, maybe two. The chips and salsa were very tasty. There were plenty of chips for the three of us. The salsa servings are smaller. I would recommend you choose your favorite and buy extra! The service was great! The food was of the highest quality and very tasty! The next time, we will do a better job ordering the right menu items and if we take it to go, make sure we check our order before we leave. We will be back!

Beautiful restaurant. Food was authentic and delicious and innovative. Wait staff was fantastic. Margaritas were top notch as well.

Delicious! I had the salad with shrimp; my friends had mole, tostadas, and tacos. We were all very happy with our food. They also have a menu that offered variety and options for a group with a lot of different dietary needs.Bonus: Gelato place right next to it offers yummy Gelato (including traditional, vegan and sugar free options!)

Ordered carryout here and the food was delicious! After seeing the beautiful interior I plan to return and dine-in next time I'm in town. More on the food... the flavors were nuanced and well-balanced, reminding me of my time living in Oaxaca (the epicenter of gourmet Mexican cuisine).

We did girls weekday lunch here and I was beyond happy with the service, the atmosphere, the menu which offers vegan options as well as a kids menu, the portions and most importantly the food. Do not pass up the quacomle/chips appetizer. Freshly made at your table served with fresh tortilla chips. They have salads, combo plates, even shrimp tacos. They also have a full bar as well as indoor and outdoor dining

I've wanted to try this place for a while because they have vegan options unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The restaurant has beautiful decor, other than that the experience was bad mostly because of service. We came for my moms 67th Birthday, not greeted and barley had a chance to sit down when the waitress asked what we want to drink/chips and salsa. We had no time to look at drink menu so I asked to give us some time and we said yes to chips and salsa not knowing they charge $3 when in most Mexican restaurants it's a free standard. What ruined this experience was the waitress Paulina she was cold and careless and our dinner felt rushed my mom barley had time to look at menu and chose the first thing she saw because Paulina wouldnt give us time. They disturbed lamps on tables around dinner time, didnt give us one I had to ask, but the worst is asking for the order for daughter and I without onions I asked/confirmed about 3 times no onions and of course the food had onions and I couldnt enjoy my meal with family as they had to remake it by the time it came everyone was done and I had to take mine home togo. I dont feel it was the cooks mistake, it was the carelessness of Paulina, she barley came around to check on how we're doing we had to ask for her a few times for napkins/utensils/ and tortillas. After a $100+ tab my family and I will never visit this establishment again, a shame because the food was good and we come her frequently to the sushi/Italian place across the way always wanted to give this a try but the energy was off honestly have regret coming here and it was not a good Birthday dinner for my mom unfortunately we wont be able to repeat. Wont recommend to anyone after trying...

It's a different take on Mexican food than the usual. A nice change from the norm, but not traditional if that's what your looking for or expecting. I would call it higher end Mexican.
