Wanted taquitos with a side of nacho cheese. Cashier said it comes with either sour cream or guacamole. I said charge me for a side of nacho cheese. She said I don't know how to do that so....it comes with sour cream or guacamole. Told her forget It and ordered 2 tacos. Never accountered this problem at other locations. The cashier could of atleast asked some body or selected one of the required sauces and then charged me for the cheese. As a cashier myself I have never seen a cashier display such low level problem solving skills. I really wanted the dang taquitos and cheese!
The manager of this location needs to be replaced! I ordered on the app. This location didn't get the delivery for the promo item. The location said they couldn't refund my money, that I would have to get a refund on-line. There is no way to get a refund on-line. Corporate contacted me to try and resolve the problem, but since this Carmichael location is a franchise, all they could do is contact the manager of the location. Corporate contacted the manager 4 times, with no response. I gave this manager a full month to respond, but nothing. So I paid to receive NO food. It's very bad business since to loose someone's loyalty forever over $8.51. The money isn't the issue, I will NOT do business with any place that does not respect their customers.
Normally, I love Jimboy's, but i ordered a dine-in quesadilla at this location and they gave it to me completely unmelted. I'm talking flaking as i picked it up and nothing even melted to the tortilla. So i brought back to the counter and showed the person there, who said, "oh you want it really melted? We'll remake it." I heard them turn on the microwave and shortly after, they gave it back to me. The pieces were now soggy and stacked on top of each other. All crispiness gone. Did they think they could hide that with more Parm? Disappointed.Don't say you're gonna remake it and then stick it in the microwave.
Ordered tacos without lettuce...i have gag reflex to lettuce..got tacos with enough lettuce to make a salad and barely any beef in them. Tasted very bland. Never going here again.
First time and last time trying Jim Boys. As I was ordering the young lady was laughing in the mic. I asked whats funny? Why are you laughing? And she just kept on. Then I said " you are making me seriously nervous to eat here." She thought it was a game none the less. I kept it moving. Lol! I will take my money to other 99 taco spots in Sac ???
Food is always fresh, hot, not greasy and good priced. Customer service is always top of the line and very friendly. Never a long line. Diner always immaculately clean.
This jimboys is just awful. The taco shells are tough. Like they make them in morning and reheat all day. Terrible service. The management doesn't care about customers. Go to California burrito across street much better food and service.
Jimboy's is always cosistent and always good. This location was a quiet place to meet a client and talk business uninterrupted. It must be one of the original locations. It is beginning to show needs for a fresh coat of paint.
Come here everyday during lunch at work. Their Taco Salad bowls are the best
Always delicious!!!! Can't wait to go back.
