This jack in the box gave me bad experience by drive through cashier (somay) at 9:52:54 PM 6/16/2022. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich combo and second order was only chicken sandwich. BUT cachier did not confirm my order and did not ask my drink. When I arrived at the window I realized why she did not confirm my order. She was busy to talk someone by phone. She was not interested her customers. I said to her that I wanted Coke for the drink. She said to me that you did not order. I told her that I odered the combo. After all, she just received my first order. She did not gave me my second sandwich. I complained her and asked her name. She took out her name. She is lazy and rude worker ever!
Can't complain, service was fast and food was hot and fresh. I will return. Thanks for the outstanding service.
I don't recommend coming to this location or to even use door dash for them. They are extremely rude and don't care at all about their customers. I placed an order through door dash (mind you not the drivers fault as they only pick up the order not make it) received my order and partial of it was missing. Carmen the manager is extremely disrespectful she has no customer service whatsoever. I've worked in the food industry for many years and I know for a fact that when a customer has an issue or a mistake is made YOU correct it! SHE STOOD THERE AND ARGUED WITH MY HUSBAND! At the end of the day I'm a paying customer and my problem should have been fixed with an apology for the mistake and a replacement or refund. It does not matter how I placed my order, if you make it you fix it!
Cant follow instructions in the order. Rude & unprofessional. You can really tell how lazy people are and how much they don't wanna work. Dude w the tattoos was super unprofessional. And YES jack I submitted a contact form. TWO contact forms over a week ago & STILL no reply

Great customer service And food seems to be pretty decent I guess they have new management now right now because before it wasn't good at all..
As a restaurant owner and operator I have to say that the short order cooks of today don't put their hearts into making the food like i did and the people I worked with. There's no good hamburger, fries, and soda places here in Carmichael that exist anymore. The one's that were got muscled out by people with the initials M,O,B.
Tried to get breakfast before work and wouldn't take my order acted as if there closed
I like this Jack! Food has always been really good! Love the ultimate cheeseburger and tacos thank you for not changing your tacos over the years! Sadly the changes that Jack has made to the ultimate cheeseburger over the years have not been good, the original was the best!!! If you haven't tried the teriyaki bowl it's really good too:)
