The donut shop is very clean and well kept. I was excided to try their donuts. The staff was very friendly and their donuts were delicious too.

It is a nice and interesting place! It's new in our area. The staff are nice and friendly. It has a unique set-up. It is strictly drive-thru and outside patio dining (a few tables and chairs). You can also order at a walk up window. Also, I don't believe there is customer restoom.

The good: they're finally open and there's a wide selection available. The bad: the drive thru is basically a circle. If there's too many cars you'll be stuck at the pickup window. Don't go on a busy day.The ugly: coffee's ok, sandwiches are great but the donuts taste....well, there's a chemical aftertaste. If you want better donuts try the Safeway nearby or even the Arco gas station near it. Gave our donuts to a homeless guy and he tossed the donuts after one bite.

This is a brand new location they've only been open maybe a week or two. I've stopped there a couple of my times and even with the little kinks being worked out employee's have been friendly and service speed has been no worst than the Starbucks down the street and I'd much rather have Dunkin coffee than Starbucks

The employee working the drive thru was friendly. The donuts were fluffy. I like the blueberry and toasted coconut donuts. The coffee was terrible.

A month ago I ordered a medium caramel decaf latte. They gave me a regular caramel coffee. On the receipt it said decaf coffee not latte which is weird because I repeated it twice to her. Also I figured it was not decaf because of the jitters and the anxiety that I got after drinking it, it is the same reaction when I drink regular coffee. This is first coffee shop to do that kind of mix up. I feel the staff is not well trained nor do they care to get the order right. Not a surprise the reviews are so low.

I've been to this location twice now. Unlike other commenters, I really liked my food (got the glazed maple donut, bacon bagel sandwich and the salted caramel cold brew). One thing I will add is that the service is ok, but it could use tweaking; I had some other experience like what others have mentioned and I won't go into detail. It's not horrible, but nothing superb. The impression I got from this opening is similar to what a lot of new owners of property in the bay area have noticed about investing in Sacramento (myself included in 2019); they find a good opportunity and dump a bunch of money into it, rent it out, hire etc. The result is you end up working with subpar folks unfortunately, which may cost a ton (for me it was $6k). Now that I am in Sacramento and taking my time (no rush), I am refining who to hire, who to work with, etc. and I am having an easier time getting around and being profitable.

4:47 pm 03/25/22- I’m from NY & Dunkin is great back east… not so here in California (imo) so sorry for my experience- but asked for decaf coffee iced chai latte- whatever I got was the most watered down whatever I ever tasted. Completely Out of the “popular donuts” except blueberry … & the dark haired young lady on drive through was emotionless and robotic -

I work next door and this location has been over 2 years in the making. I made it through a whole week of them being open before I checked it out. One of the best parts of visiting a donut shop is picking them out but there is no display and the menu literally says "donut." I asked for an apple fritter and a raspberry filled. No apple fritter and the raspberry filled ended up being at least a 3 day old sugar they stuffed (poorly) with raspberry filling. I won't get that again. None of the donuts or sandwiches are made here. They arrive frozen. That being said they have a HUGE breakfast menu. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, plenty to choose from. Their large iced chai (& I'm assuming iced coffees) are BIG GULP sized. Crazy! Not what you expect from a coffee shop. I loved the chocolate cake donut. It also tasted day old but I don't think a lot of people know they are open yet. For donuts, I'll probably hit an actual donut shop but I'll update you once I try some of the breakfast sandwiches and the drinks.

First time this morning. Anticipating tasting my favorite vanilla crème donut. After waiting in a long line, my donuts were stale. Soooooo disappointed in DD. Never go back there again.
