I’ll give you $100 if you don’t get diarrhea. I can’t be the only one. There is something wrong with this pizza. Not other pizzas. Just Dominos.Whatever they are using should be illegal.
I ordered my pizzas online and planned for pick up later today. The pizzas were made on time and the pick up process was quick and simple. I ordered three pizzas and the other two were fine. One had a few burned “bubbles” but I can live with that, it happens. But the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was beyond unacceptable. It looks very unappetizing and inedible. We will eat around it but I’d say steer away from ordering this pizza.
I have been ordering here for year ,but the last few time has not been Pleasant.the pizza has been cooled,burnt and the Same with the sandwiches they don't add the extra you payed for but charge you for it and it cold and Soggy by the time you get it .what a disappointment...
Always get my food hot and fresh from this newer location. It’s a little further from where i live but being that it’s brand new I do not mind driving the couple more blocks down fair oaks Blvd
The worst customer service. They won’t make your food how you want it. Pastas are dry doesn’t seem like they use a drop of sauce in it.
I drove 20 milesto this location because I had ordered during Covid & was very impressed. Bragged to Doctors, friends & Colleques how good their pasta in bowls were, as well as the sandwiches. NOT SURE WHAT happened asto I got I placed 5 toppj g pizza order on the site. There was no option for vegetables. I didn't use accredit card so had to wk kn. Bathroom available which is understandable. The young sLady said if I wanted to add vegetables, I has to cancel , reorder & wait another 25minutes. I called first but was still on hold during my drive & even as I walked in, about 7 minutes later. Bottom line .I can NOT recommend this store.#978. The $19.99 pizza was horrible!!!I ate a 1/2 slice and handed it to a homeless person.Glad I had someone to give it to. Vs. Tossing it in the trash which was my initial thought.I don't forsee ever ordering from this particular store again. The guys were nice & working away but the young lady who was cashiering was rather abrupt. 1/30/22.I Hope you have a better experience.
Was denied my food because I didn’t have a mask today even though I went back to my car to check. Money wasted also another customer
Five stars for everyone that works here! I’ve been here a couple times and the service was impeccable. Ordered via the app, pizza hot and ready the moment I walked in the door.With that said, this *is* Dominoes pizza - if you like it then you’ll not be disappointed but this is where my personal taste stops. I probably won’t be back to Dominoes (any of them). Not because of this location, but because the pizza is not up to my liking.The hand tossed crust is very thin (and not a crispy thin). This has been my experience with all Dominoes so I do not fault this location. The same holds true for the pan crust. The butter they use on the pans was way too overpowering and off putting to me - it tasted like the butter you get on cheap microwave popcorn. Dominoes robust tomato sauce is decent - some of the best sauce of the major chains but it’s not enough to compensate for what I do not like about Dominos pizza in general.In summary - service and staff are top notch, but Dominoes pizza on a corporate level needs some work on their recipes IMO
Order from another Domino’s, this one is cutting corners and telling the customers that burnt black pizza is because they are cutting back on cheese portions and that black pizza is normal. As if the burnt pizza story wasn’t enough, she was completely rude. There is too much competition to think this low level customerr service is sustainable.
Pizza was like paper, not sure why the bread was so incredibly thin. Lacking toppings. You basically have to add extra to everything for it to seem normal and at that point you're not saving any money. They also forgot an item and I had to go pick it up even though I paid for delivery. Last two times they said they would drop something off they never showed. Honestly hadn't ordered here for a long time and now I remember why. It leaves me feeling regretful.
