If I could give them zero stars I would. Got seated right away was told waitress Would be right with us. Sat there for 10 minutes with no waitress came even offer is water. Then two waitresses came over one helped one table and one helped another table and then just walked away and still never came and helped us. This was a horrible experience never will go there again walked out after no one even came up to our table at all.
This is the best Mexican food in town. Authentic, traditional and gourmet. Great variety, with extended options including vegan and vegetarian. They also have a bar, fresh juice options, and even offer breakfast. Excellent quality with high end culinary dishes and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.*Atmosphere is nice*Hospitality needs to be a bit more welcoming...
Bad service and clearly think black people all are ignorant. Ordered ribeye and eggs, they brought me 2 thin steaks stacked together. I asked if it was the ribeye, server said they didn't know. A manager comes over they speak in another language then say "yea that's the ribeye" I said ok, ate, tipped and left. Won't be back. Also if you guys don't want people sitting at the bar in front of your preparation station maybe you shouldn't have seats there. Place was super nice and menu had me planning future visits. Poor customer service doesn't scream hey can you make my food so yea.
Just went in tonight. Great spot. Chips and salsa were great. Party of 4 loved all there food. Thank you

Love this restaurant when I go to sit down! But they’re not very good about DoorDash/takeout orders. Called to ask if there was a way to add extra chips and salsa to a takeout, which are completely free of charge at the restaurant, and they said I’d have to figure it out with DoorDash. Also gotten my order made wrong here and there when doing takeout orders. Wish they had better service but love the food!
If you are looking for great mexican food, you have found it. I was visiting Sacramento and happened to look up this place. Great ambience and very welcoming staff. Our server was great and helped us by providing her recommendation. We ordered the Judo's Tacos, Chicken mole enchiladas, Michelada and a Margarita. Only drawback is that you will leave very full and satisfied.
I knew from the chip and salsa that the food would be ?. Then the food came and the meat was so tender and seasoned wonderfully.The mole sauce is not store bought or based on store bought. Amazing!
Big group, Beware!Shocking! And, not in a good way!My first and only visit! I met up with friends for dinner. Our party of 12 did not have a reservation, but were seated right away. The menu and bar selections were good! The staff was Great!!Here's where it got crazy! I was at one end of the table and my daughter was at the other end. We didn't know what the other had ordered or why our meal was so expensive until we got in the car and started asking what got ordered that was So Expensive! My dinner was $12.99 & my daughter's dinner was $13.99. We had 2 $8 each drinks. 27 + 16 = 43 Then, we got charged a high tip amount and a party charge. Our final bill for $43 meal & drinks was $66!!!That's a $23 dollar charge for tip and to have 3 tables pushed together. Tax shouldn't have been much. A 20% tip would be $8.60. That's $13 charge for coming with a group! ???Also, there were 4 bills in my group of 12 people. Did each of us get charged a party fee? That's over $40! The restaurant was not busy! It was Monday night! Our business and mandatory high tip should have been appreciated, not charged a high fee!!!What the heck!!! Never Again!
