It's not typically something I like eating, but BK consistently creates food that I might consider feeding to a dog or maybe a POW.Ok to be fair their Chicken sandwich isn't the worst I've ever had and their fries aren't bad either, but every time I've been I'm always disappointed with something.

This has got to be ,by far, the worst fast food place in the country! The employees do more standing around and talking than anything else and when they DO work it's as though it was their first day with zero training. I few weeks ago I told the lady at the drive through that someone had pooped just before the window and that it stunk really bad, it never was cleaned up, it just dried itself away.

Plan on spending at least 30 minutes in the line I'm not exaggerating. I was at the speaker ready to order and they had me wait another 10 minutes and there were six cars behind me. They were in no hurry to get the line moving and I'm ready to pay and there's still three cars ahead of me in the line. Today is Sunday April 3rd so if I were you I would go somewhere else unless you don't mind waiting for fast food

Ordered from the very slow BK app. Showed up less than 10 minutes later, the food was ready to go, I had condiments, napkins and the employees were incredibly nice.Lady with pretty flower arm tattoos and the gentleman had a beard hair net which I think is fantastic.Thank you guys.

Came here for breakfast one morning before we went shopping. Ordered the two for six breakfast croissants with bacon and sausage. They were good and we had them with a couple of small fountain drinks. The only drawback was the homeless man laying near the Disabled parking slot. Had to park elsewhere because I knew I couldn't walk pass him with my cane.

Shorted one order of fries. Cashier didn't get my order correct at the drive thru board. So I added one burger at the window and they still missed one fries and would've forgotten my drinks if I didn't say anything. The cashier was very nice just not prepared to put orders together.

Three out of three items ordered were wrong, they didn't give us the add ons that costed extra, there was no receipt and the phone number listed is a voicemail that's full and cannot accept messages. Two stars is probably generous since the food was cold too.

Staff including manager ill equipped to handle 4 car line. The lobby is not even open so they should be able handle a small line. Staff members yelling at each other inside the restaurant you can hear them through the microphone an elderly man is at the door trying to get served I can hear them yelling at him to go away. Manager claims they are short staffed he is unprofessional I'm professional and unable to delegate task to allegate task to 3 other employees

The new staff are happy and smiling. The new drive-thru girl goes above and beyond to help with our orders. They may take a little longer, but it was 100% right and not missing anything.

Today I ordered 4 whoppers and we had to wait awhile for the order thinking that 4 would take a bit longer, didn’t think we waited just to have the buns totally burnt on both sides. Just plain sickening, we tried to cut off the burnt portions but that left us with no bun and still could taste the nasty burn. Did not take back cause I was too angry and my time and gas is expensive. Threw it all in the trash, thank you Burger King for living up to your reputation-no worries I will not go back and will certainly share my experience
