Good food but a little pricy. Make a reservation because it will fill up. We came on a Monday and we had to wait for 40 minutes for a table. Food was tasty. Portions are not too big but not too small either. Good amount to share with some friends.
A slightly hidden gem. Went for breakfast. Great homemade granola, crispy bacon, fantastic scones. Highly recommend this place
Definitely my new favorite place in Carmel by the sea!Had the French toast and the tuna melt! French toast was perfect! Not super sweet but had a delicious apricot jam! The tuna melt was truly iconic, rather than just having cheese it was melted raclete, it was GIVING!!!!Also had the biscuit and jam which was so fire! Super fresh and flaky
I had breakfast in this establishment this morning. I asked the waitress what was their signature dish and decided to select it. It arrived about 20 minutes later. It was described as a potato cake which is a very common dish from where I come from, Ireland. It was more like a Swiss Rosti. It was overcooked all the edges were cremated. When I addressed this with the waitress she said that she would discuss it with the chef. There was no apology and a new potato cake was served 7 minutes later. I felt that the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. There was no apology and absolutely no acknowledgement of my complaint nor any compensation by way of a coffee or discount. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Food LOOKS good….. but…$35 for two pieces of so called steak and eggs. Over salted. Over priced.French toast was meh… too tart.Dog food looked better than the human food. I was very tempted to eat my pups scrambled eggs.Don’t recommend for parties over 4 either. We waited 2 for party of 6
Excellent brunch ! The food and service were great. Everything was delicious. The burger was particularly tasty with a unique delicious flavor. A highly recommended place!
Wonderful food and drinks, creative locally sourced menu. Lovely atmosphere. Slow service. Photos of potato pancake, chilaquiles, and avocado toast, all spectacular.
Potato pancake is a highlight. One of the coolest brunch items I’ve had in a while. The salmon on it was delicious. Also, coffee cup is single serve. But still good and rich!
Amazing food! Service was incredible! Our server, Allie, made our breakfast a special occasion for me and my fiancé right before our wedding day. It was a very sweet surprise!
Friendly staff. Brunch was delicious. Menu changes seasonal so don’t feast your eyes on the online menu; wait until you get there. Not only do they offer a dog-friendly patio but they have a doggy menu!
