Long lines so I just ordered a drip and a piece of bread thinking I’d get it right away and be on my way. Well, I got the drip right away but had to wait until after 10 specialty drinks were made before my order for two pieces of bread. The cashier could of easily got it right after my drip. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been in.
This Starbucks is a modern, clean and spacious. It has ample seating available.It is located in a good spot, close to Carmel by the sea or on the way to Big Sur. I was hoping to do a drive thru unfortunately this one doesn’t have it. Barista were friendly and served quickly.The restrooms did not seem like the supplies were replenished frequently. Paper napkins were not present and the hand dryer wasn’t functional.
If there was a poster commercial for best Starbucks...this place is it. the starbucks at carmel cross roads have the very nicest employees and are fast. amazed by the customer service. plus plenty of out lets.

Here for a wedding and this is a busy spot. Regardless, everyone is super friendly and efficient!
Terrible staff treated us like the scum in there machines. Didn’t give me my bacon Gouda sandwich because apparently I couldn’t “afford” it. They called me poor. Made me feel like a insignificant person in this world. I would like to speak to Tyler who was working there. Very nice.

I forgot a valuable in the restroom at night. A staff who took my call in the morning took extra step to call the staff from previous night and found out she kindly stored it in the safe place. When I visited the store, they were happy for me to found it. Amazing hospitality.
