I like this place for breakfast, which is delicious and not expensive.
Delightful, comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and good food. We were there for breakfast. My sister had a breakfast sandwich and I had the basic eggs and toast and good hash browns.

This is a great little restaurant with very good food and great service. We had pancakes, eggs, bacon and the Benedict. It’s a limited menu but if you find something you want it’s probably going to be delicious. Space is limited and seating can be cramped yet the food would be worth it if not for the other interior conditions. The major problem I have is the extremely old and worn out interior condition. This place needs upgrades now. The carpet is worn and stained, even sticky in places. My son sat on a bench seat with very old pillows as back cushions. When we got up to leave his black shirt was covered with tiny white feathers. It was so bad we couldn’t get them all off and had to return to the room so he could change. I spoke to the owner who acknowledged the problem and said she would get them cleaned. These pillows are done. Cleaning won’t solve this problem. Until this cool little joint upgrades their interior we won’t be back.
Absolutely delicious, would definitely come again. Very cute environment. We reserved like 45 minutes before coming. Elderly people inside giving the judging look towards young people enjoying themselves but it’s expected. Would choose this over iHOP any day ❤️?️?
Such a cute place and really good food. Staff was great too. Food took a bit to long but otherwise an overall great spot.
I’m convinced the majority of positive reviews were written by old and senile white people with absolutely no taste (who after coming here appear to be the most popular and enthusiastic type of customer - meemaw and peepaw type beat)The food is average at BEST - nothing was well seasoned, and the food is very forgettable (from the price you’d expect it to be half decent). The place has a small cottage feel but service is subpar and it isn’t the most comfortable or clean
By far, the best value for your morning in Carmel.
Over 1 hour from sit down to getting food, plus 10 minutes wait to being seated. Had breakfast items. Food was nice, not amazing and not worth the wait. The Oatmeal which was mentioned as a speciality, was left untouched. I don't get the line out the door. Average minus place.
