Relaxing Patio - Nice Service - Different than at their other locations, Weak was the taste of Coffee in their Mocha Latte Here Late Afternoon!
Very nice it was open on Thanksgiving day. Enjoyed my latte, but my husband thought his tasted "burnt ". They also sell their coffee beans! The coffee cake was pretty moist and fresh baked.
Noticed that this was deleted..! Interesting..!Horrible customer service ever. After placing my order, the espresso machine malfunctioned, you would think that they would tell all those that previously placed an order. But there was no communication. I observed the “lead” being rude and condescending to other customers. Then when I inquired about my order the “lead” was ornery and was insulted I even inquired, there was no apology for the delay, instead seemed like she was offended. Then when my order was ready, although we were the only groups left in the establishment, she chose to not communicate that my order which I waited for was ready, again no apology for the delay or even an acknowledgment. Then when I commented about about their lack of customer service she and the other employee were ridiculously rude. This place needs either a new “lead” our some serious customer service training. I have noticed that the owner only comments in the good service. I hope the owner reaches out to me because after reading other negative comments they either don’t care or chose to address or ignore negative comments because they really don’t care about their customer service or lack there off. I hope you, owner, reach out!

Slow service. Terrible coffee taste. Got ghirardelli chocolate mocha. Didn't even taste chocolate. Bitter burn coffee flavor
The delivery of the coffee took very long after taking the order. They got busy with closing the store and collecting seat cushions after taking order instead of making our cofee.
Coffee was great and there was plenty of seating. Unfortunately my friend and I came here to work and the wifi was SO incredibly slow we couldn’t really do anything. My zoom calls dropped at least 10 times over an hour. Even tried hotspotting my phone and there wasn’t enough service.So come for the coffee, but you’re better off at another place if you need Internet access.

Coffee was superb here. I enjoyed my hot brew in the nice shade of the warm sun in Carmel,Ca. Beautiful brew shop complimented by beautiful scenery.I am a new loyal customer.Many thanks!
