In our holiday search for the best ice cream in California - this place came out top from my kids! Watch out for the enormous portions!
Nice little bakery in downtown Carmel.They also serve ice cream so on a nice weekend it can get quite busy but the wait is not too long.They only have indoor seating, no outdoor seating and they also don't have a bathroom for customers.Parking can be a bit tricky in the area as well.
Oh so good! They truly understand how we eat with our eyes. Everything we got was delicious. But I’ll pass next time on the brownie. Great service.
Stopped here for a pretzel after lunch. The line was going out the door, so we had to see what the fuss was about. The pretzel looked good, but I wasn't all that impressed by it. It tasted good but was really dry.
We went here because of the great reviews, but were very disappointed. The place seemed to be run by clueless kids. They were out of nearly everything. At the VERY least they could have put a sign in the window saying what they had left instead of waiting in line for an hour and not getting one thing I wanted. Several people left without getting anything. You stand in line looking at the display window, making your choices, then find they only have 3 or 4 items left, none of which you want. What we ate was OK, nothing special.
Nice selection of multiple sweets -- especially consider the chocolate croissant, the pecan pastry, cinnamon roll, and the cannoli! Good service.
Cappuccino and pastry really good friendly service
This is a great lunch spot, though you may have to wait in line. Great pastries and sandwiches, moderately priced. Definitely worth a stop if you are shopping in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
I was so excited to have a pretzel and they didn't have any. What a disappointment.
O.M.G. we had the best Blondie and shortbread cookie we have ever eaten! Coffee is great too. Such a cute place to stop into when exploring this beautiful town.
