Words cannot express the outstanding customer service I received. I had place a catering order for our doctor’s board meeting but realized too late it was the wrong day and the food was delivered. I called Urban plates and spoke with an amazing manager, Manny. I explain my dilemma as I was beside myself. He was so kind and understanding of the error. He told me not to worry, enjoy the food and then he helped me reschedule the food order for the correct day. Not only is the food delicious, but there customer service is Superb! I’m continually impressed by how many options Urban Plates has and the quality of the food on top of it all. It’s really easy to eat healthy or more homey here, and to order a new grouping of food every time you’re there. I’ve always walked in and ordered, but it appears that they have some way to order ahead that may be quicker to get your food. Either way, they have excellent seating options in side with plenty of room to work or meet with others over a meal.
I enjoy this place! The food is very tasty, pictured is the vegan meatless loaf with basmati rice and roasted potatoes along with the green mint tea! All very delicious and complimentary to the aesthetic, inviting ambience! I gave it a 4, because the truth is it is expensive, and not affordable for many folks. But, if you can afford to treat yourself, I recommend it! The food feels good and is great quality, which is important considering the prices. But overall, would say it is always a positive experience eating here!
We loved the food- it was fresh and nourishing. I was surprised when I ordered something to go that there was single use plastic cutlery included in my order. We are facing an environmental disaster with regard to single use plastic.Maybe it would be better to ask your patrons whether or not they need this often unnecessary item?Good organic food, eco-consciousness… it’s all related and to me this is a misalignment for your restaurant.
Love the UP concept, simple real ingredients and delicious entrees. When I don't feel like cooking and don't want the guilt of not cooking, we come here because of the multiple veggie options. Our go to order is always the steak with extra chimicurri sauce. The staff is exceptionally friendly, efficient, and courteous. The manager, Manny, was so kind when helping our family. This location is a longer drive away for us, but we prefer it since the service is awesome!
My Moroccan Chicken was pretty good. Loved the roasted carrots and beets. Also had a cantaloupe-mango-something drink that was tasty. Outdoor seating was nice.
Wow oh wow. The chimchurri steak was incredible. Try with the avocado side. Yum ? Something here for the whole family. Fed all from toddlers to picky health nuts. Looking forward to coming back
Coming from Temecula. First time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic and food was even better. Manager was taking the time to greet all the customers. Love this spot. Hopefully one will open up near me. Definitely a must go to spot. Thank you for making my first experience a great one.
We ate lunch here two times in the past month. Have never visited any other locations. Staff were SUPER friendly, food was hot and fresh with large portions.
Fresh, quick, healthy, delicious! Lots of vegan and gluten free options which are hard to find. And it's not just your "typical" vegan options. They are really good and you can tell everything is freshly made. Love that they are farm to table too. Staff was amazing and efficient! The place is well run and really clean. Lots of seating inside and a huge covered area outside as well as a great fire pit/table. Highly recommend!
