Excellent restaurant for celebrating a special occasion if you love steak. Awesome customer service and the food is excellent. Pace yourself at the salad bar so you don't miss out on all of the excellent cuts of meat. The leg of lamb is mellow and prepared to perfection.
Everything was great until it came time to pay. That was the WORST experience of my life. I didn't read the fine print on the coupon so they weren't going to let me use my gift cards because they had already applied the coupon. I had asked to reverse the coupon and the manager said that he would try but he doesn't know if he can and that I would lose the $20 coupon. I didn't care about the coupon. Well anyways, he was able to remove the coupon and apply my $200 worth of gift cards and he also had my debit card. Well, he brings everything back, at this time I am assuming we are all good. I leave the tip, grab my receipt and debit card and leave. My family and I were outside talking and the manager and waiter come running out frantically telling me I didn't pay. I said I gave you my card and they tried to say I didn't. I was already frustrated and was over it so I gave him my card again. The manager had my debit card and the gift cards the whole time. I had asked the waiter for an updated receipt before I had left and he said that that was it. What else was I supposed to think? Just to clarify this was all on the manager, not the waiter. The waiter was great and just doing what he was told until the manager took over. Other than that everything and everyone else was pleasant and the food was fresh and tasty. Even after all that I would still recommend the restaurant. Just don't forget to read the fine print if you have a coupon and the white gift cards.
