Good spot inside Windmill Foodhall for Chinese food
Best Chinese food in North county. The food was freshly made that I could see the chef cooking dim sum shrimp dumplings through the big glass window . I love their house made General Tso chicken and king Pao beef . It was a little spicy than I thought but those flavor is very unique and tasty. The new drinks are tasty and well presented. I will go back there more often when I crave for Chinese food
I ordered the Watermelon Cream on the rocks with boba.Note to reader: this does not taste like fresh watermelon at all, it is indeed very creamy and has that artificial watermelon taste (the kind you taste in candies) in fact it tastes like you’re drinking liquid watermelon flavored candy - so if that’s your thing, then definitely order this drink!The brown sugar boba has a good initial taste and chew but slowly becomes tasteless after the next few chews.
I had the Korean Bulgogi Beef, Potstickers, and the Hibiscus Lychee Mango. I would rate 5 stars if I come back.

First time eating here was a couple weeks ago. They have a great menu selection and drink selection as well. The staff at the counter were really nice and explained options to me. I got the grilled teriyaki chicken with jasmine rice and I almost drank the teriyaki sauce it was so good. 4/5 only because I've only been there once and don't have extensive experience.
Kung pao beef and cashew chicken were delicious and on point w spicy requests. Great service and food was ready to go within 10 min of ordering. Thanks Luke!
Terrible. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken and it was so overcooked, stringy and hard. I was only able to eat 3 bites before throwing it away. I feel bad because the staff were nice but I was also pretty upset I couldn’t eat the food I ordered.
