Wanted a quick bite. Thus is a tiny little taco shop. Nothing fancy. But the food was delicious and the prices amazing. They have happy hour tacos. I got 4 birria tacos for only $3.00.
Bean cheese burrito- pretty good. Fish taco grilled pretty good.Salsa bar was pretty good. Plastic bag for every single order that goes out, not so great. Styrofoam box for one fish taco? Terrible.I’d rather get my fish taco and some wax paper and get some free napkins instead of a junkie plastic bag and Styrofoam box that goes straight to the landfill or on the side of the freeway somewhere.
Originally 3 stars. Been a while seen I've been back. Ate there 2x in the last couple weeks and so much better. 5 stars. Solid Cali burrito. Pizza next door is great for groups, eat together on the shared outdoor tables.
The pollo asado burro and CA burritos are to die for. Had the tortilla soup [$12.00] once and it was fabulous after a very long wait. Solid all around for a long time local. I was disappointed three days ago by the size and quantity of fish in grilled fish tacos.
Always loved Rudy's. I moved away a few year back but recently visited Rudy's. I have to say I was really let down and am disappointed the food quality could change so drastically in such a sort period of time.
I was here recently about a week ago and I witnessed the manager touch a 20 dollar bill and then wrap a burrito without washing his hands. I highly suggest nobody eats at Rudy’s taco shop! I worked there for a little while and nobody even cared to wash their hands or change the sanitizer bucket! Such a disgrace to health standards, especially during Covid-19. I hope nobody goes here again. Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to and worked for.
Always the best. I mean, their shredded chicken burrito is easily the best I have ever had by far. No need for salsa to be added... whatever they cook the chicken in is absolutely delicious. Wow. And good every time I go there. Just the best.
Cali burrito is life. Pastor Street tacos also good.
Love their street tacos, especially the al pastor. I wish it was cheaper prices but good and fast service. I will be back.
Sooooo good! The rice and beans are perfect. The tacos are amazing! 1 taco was very filling. We also had the queso. Best queso I've ever had. Better than any queso I've had in Texas. Great price too.
