This location has been frustrating with my family for a while with inconsistent food (sometimes skimpy portions) and missing items etc. Today we had an issue we needed to call about and the message didn't get passed on leading to an unsatisfactory result.. But the manager who is brand new to this location really did handle it in such a nice way and acknowledged he has the challenge of improving the Bressi location. Honestly he's off to a good start and we wish him the best!
I LOVE Rubios, but this specific location never answers their phone when I try to call ahead and when at rare times that they do answer the cashier says it’ll be a 45 minute wait.I get it places are short staffed, but I have tried to go to this Rubios for months now and always get the same treatment. If I were you I’d take my business to another location.
We've eaten here many times. Hit or miss if the order will be correct. I always double check every time.Today I was only hold a total of 15 mins before staff disconnected the call.I placed an online order for two kids cheese quesadillas. Nothing more.I arrived and mentioned politely they disconnected the call. The staff member said, "Ok." So I walked away.I received a noticed that food would be read in 10 minutes. I waited 35 minutes for two cheese quesadillas. Shame on me for thinking it'd be quicker than making dinner at home.I understand people are short handed but I don't think that should be a reason to allow customer service to suffer.
They ran out of corn tortillas (my wife and I are both Gluten-Free) sort of a must, it took 25 minutes to find that out! A young guy on the staff with longer brown hair kept brushing it back with his hands whether taking orders at the register or helping prepare and bag food orders. The food prep area was a disaster and unkempt in the end we both had upset stomachs... and will not be going back again to this location!!!
Awful place, customer service is so bad. They can never get an order right and don't even think about ordering online. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER.

I have been ordering from Rubio's for a few years now and the quality has been on the downhill lately. Fish Tacos recently have been having a gross amount of extra breading on them sometimes. I almost always get fish tacos on Tuesday with co-workers or friends from Rubio's.I ordered food online and picked up in store to then enjoy at home with my roommate. Both our orders were messed up (a first for us at rubios). One of my 3 tacos was made wrong and I asked for the order to be re-made completely since I had let it get cold driving back and forth. Guy at the counter was cool but the manager questioned both of us as if we had made the error. Anyway he only offered to make it right by fixing my one taco. Despite this whole mess up being their fault and a waste of my time. Now I have one amazing taco but 2 that are cold. Before I had 2 amazing tacos but one messed up. I didn't even want to keep the other ones, I just wanted what I ordered originally.I'll be looking for new Taco Tuesday spot that has better customer service and quality.
We loved Rubio's but they closed the last one in our state. We were so excited when we saw they had it here in California! We went for dinner and it was just as yummy as always. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a clean place with good vibes. The staff took our order and it came out quickly. The chips were stale.
Food was super late and order came out completely wrong. The dinner rush looked like a hot mess. Don't know if I'd return to this location. Staff was nice.
