I love all their menu options. Tuesdays and Fridays are the days to go to get a better price on the fish taco plate. Yummy.

This is a great place for fast food that is really fresh. The shrimp tacos were wonderful with lots of flavor and at a good price. Easy to find and lots of free parking.

Rubio’s has great food, I got their shrimp nachos and gourmet tacos and everything was delicious. It was a fast service I think my food was on the table within 10 minutes. Prices are reasonable and if you like rewards they have a great rewards program. I get $5 off very frequently plus other rewards like kids plate free with a regular item purchase and more. This particular place was clean with options to dine in or in their patio. Their staff was very friendly.
Both the Carlsbad outlet mall store and El Camino Real by Carlsbad mall have really gone downhill and continue to get worse and worse. Walked in again last night , no one in line. One other person waiting for his food. I ordered 1 Cali bowl with Mahi , nothing special. 10 minutes goes by, then 20, asked where my order was, waited another 10 minutes and finally get my food. They are filling all online and Door Dash orders before they prepare a walk in order. This is rediculous. I will not be going back to any Rubio’s again. The manager was less than professional, on his phone. I observed Another young male employee picking up trash off the floor, ringing up orders, handling money then without washing hands he was filling salsas after wiping his mouth and nose, with no gloves. Let’s just say I had no appetite after watching this for 30 min.

I just placed order via phone and the employee that answered was rude.My order was a custom one and she sounded annoyed every step of the way.
