I don't get it, why do people even eat here? Is not the best quality of food, plus lots of order mistakes. I have given this place enough of Chance to see eve they change for the better, but didn't work out.
The customer service was amazing, qnd the food was just unlike anything I have tried.

This is the best experience I've ever had at a Rubio's. The food was perfect and the cash register attendant, Joseph was so sweet to me and friendly I'll remember my experience here for a while. I'm definitely making this place a weekly excursion.
This is my preferred location. Friendly staff and they bring the food out quickly! Their taco bar deals are great also!
The best, super awesome customer service and delish food
Fellow at register and setting up orders used face mask to hold up his chin. When I asked him to please put on his mask he was argumentative them and refused to do it. I spoke to the manager and the guy still was upset about wearing a mask telling me he’s already been vaccinated. Our order (placed with a different employee) was all wrong. Manager had to chase me down in the parking lot to tell me they had given us the wrong order. Crazy!
The manager might be one of the kindest happiest people I have ever meet! She is awesome!!
Especial Steak Burrito was all rice and beans. 10 bucks for rice, beans and a flour tortilla.
Love, love, love Rubio's. 2 La Especial tacos with black beans and chips. I'll give it a 5 when the salsa bar is back.
