Panera Bread isn’t like it used to be, now you order on a screen and pay there also. No one that worked there was even in the front area, I didn’t see any workers until I walked by the kitchen and then I saw them. The place does not appear to be very clean especially around the fountain machine and trash cans. A guy was walking around with a dirty rag wiping down tables so he was not using soap and not sanitizing the tables. I ordered a Greek salad that was made with field greens , NO feta, tomatoes and there was an almond in it which I am very allergic to all nuts. I wanted to post the picture of the salad but I don’t see a way to attach it.
Internet doesn't work, very limited outlets and two bits of something came out in my Bubbly sparking water the first time. Honestly the first two problems are the worst, particularly the internet - it has been the case at the last 3 Panera's - either the internet doesn't work or when it finally does it is mostly horrible. So beware - bring your hotspot and make sure you're charged.
Monday 4/4/22 a customer walks in with a dog the size of a pony. Not a service dog, and the customer wore a mask to protect himself. The customer was not asked to leave the dog outside. When will we stop catering to those people?! Outside of the health and hygiene issue... what if someone with high allergies to certain animals is eating in the restaurant? What if this person has to be hospitalized?
Better make sure you have a lot of time to wait for your pickup order to be ready, especially on a weekend. Estimated ready time was 7:10p, but it wasn't actually ready until 7:40p. The food was alright but the cobb salad was clearly premade (very cold) and the classic chicken noodle soup was literally 5 noodles with a single spoonful of shredded chicken in about 4oz of slightly warm broth for $8. Not convenient and not a good value. Not a good first impression.
Got there at 10:29 to look at the menu and then ordered at 10:31, they wouldn’t serve breakfast cuz it was after 10:30. Then ordered lunch with chicken and they were out of the sauce for it. Ordered an iced coffee and it came hot. Don’t waste your time, they still haven’t figured it out…
Great food but im picky on where I sit I wanted to sit on the far left side today and always I like corners but their was this blonde girl sitting their with her laptop computer today and this dude a few feet to the right of her it's a corner or the other right side corner would have been fine too it was also occupied i never want to come on the noon lunch hour again maybe an hour earlier next time I want to sit where I want its not like I can say can you move I want to sit their that does not work in 2022
Friendly staff....3 years agoUpdate... Staff goes well above and beyond making you feel comfortable and welcome. Very clean. Food is excellent! Usually get the pick 2 half a sandwich and soup but tried a Caesar salad with chicken today and very good quality!!
Good food, prompt service, however, the portions are very small for the increased prices.
Went there to get a cookie. Ordered a cookie, was told if I ordered a cookie with a meal I would get it half off. Ordered the meal, they charged me full price for the cookie and then forgot to include it with my order.I asked if the sandwich I ordered had any condiments, I was told only mustard. I said no mustard, but then was given a sandwich with mayo. I hate mayo.They didn’t even give me a pickle.Panera sucks.
