The food is great. Our waiter Lincoln was wonderful. Food has gotten a bit more expensive but that's to be expected nowadays.
My family and I love visiting P.F. Chang's in Carlsbad! It has something for everyone - including our our pickiest eaters, vegetarians and cocktail enthusiasts. Happy hour specials on appetizers are a plus.If you're looking for fantastic, considerate and efficient service be sure to ask for Brandi. Brandi always goes above and beyond to ensure we get the most our of our P.F. Chang's meals.

Our server was Matt and he was so professional and courteous. Our food arrived hot, timely and he was so attentive. He was amazing and knew his menu well.
Great food... nice ambience...I always get the Eggplant dish with Ground Chicken added like they used to have on the menu.... the sauce is so amazing!Great lunch today and I loved learning about the new Up n' Go payment system, it was beautifully explained to me by my Server/Bartender extraordinaire Skylar. Will be back next time in Carlsbad area!

We were helped by Emelia and received perfect service from her. We eat at many restaurants and have never received service as excellent as hers. Her attitude and work ethic made this the best eating experience we've ever had. They need to hire more people like her.
First time I've come to this P.F. Chang's in Carlsbad, but I've eaten at The Irvine Spectrum, & Newport Beach P.F. Chang's.My wife & I got here just past noon, because I was craving their Combo Fried Rice.We started out with soup. I had the Hot & Sour Soup, which arrived to our table steaming hot, with bamboo shoots, tofu, & lots of egg ribbons. I liked the earthy depth of flavor of this soup, plus the sour tang, at the finish.My wife enjoyed her Wonton Soup, which had a good amount of chicken in it, plus delicious won tons, & water chestnuts. She loved the flavor of the broth, as well!The Combo Fried Rice, with Pork & Chicken was on point, too. It had a smoky flavor, with lots of chicken & pork mixed in, along with grated carrot & scallions, & tiny egg flowers, served mixed altogether, with their delicious fried rice, which is the true star of this dish. There was enough food from this, for both of us, plus we took some fried rice home.Our service here was good. The server was polite & attentive- filling my water glass several times without me having to ask. Our soups and our entree were staged perfectly, with just enough time to finish our soup, before she brought out our entree.We both enjoyed P.F. Chang's, Carlsbad.
