Employees were understaffed, ya know 2022 and all. And even with that they provided good service. Please support these guys and the owners in providing awesome food and a nice setting.Cheers guys¡
We gave Notorious Burgers another try after a bad experience during the pandemic when we were served RAW burgers not once, but twice. I figured the lack of available qualified staff in the kitchen and on the floor during 2021 was the issue. Well, it's been over a year, people are back, but the only good food on our table was the fries.It seems this place changed ownership or management a few years back and it's been on a downhill cost-cutting slide ever since. The burgers were hand-made in the beginning. Always cooked to order, always thick 'n juicy, and full of flavor.What we had today tasted like cheap, flat, greasy, dry, no-name, boxed and frozen patties from a discount warehouse. The only distinctive flavor came from the charred grease on the outside, with little to no difference between one cooked to medium-rare and another ordered as medium-well. All the patties were dry inside. It's especially disappointing when I can cook a much better burger at home using quality ground beef and hit the right temperature. Every. Single. Time. There's just no excuse. None.To boot, they are always understaffed by kids with little to no training in: Making sure drinks are served BEFORE the meal comes, getting orders right, following up on orders after they reach the table, and asking if everything was okay with the orders a few minutes later. The place was over 80% full and yet only 2 servers ran every facet of the floor including service, the registers, the bar, and cleanup. We got our dry, overcooked, tasteless burgers and didn't see our waiter until it was time for the bill. We finally had a chance to ask for our bill only to be left waiting another 15 minutes before I went up to the bar to remind the kid. "Oh, sorry, I forgot." Yeah, we know.Not being able to review the bill details at a glance, unless you ask, just adds insult to injury. Then the tipping selections are scaled for after tax, starting at 18%. You didn't earn 11%. And you don't tip on tax, end of story. This all reminds me of a song. It goes:? "Tip getting small, tip getting SMALLER..." ?.Find much better burgers and service somewhere else. Or make them at home, invite some friends over, have them bring some beer and wine, and save yourself some dough.????
Thoroughly unimpressive. Waited over five minutes to get seated at 4:30pm on a Monday. Additional ten minutes before anyone arrived at our table to greet us. Another ten minutes to receive our drinks (a water and a beer). Chairs were all ripped, some with stuffing coming out. Table was covered in a layer of sticky grime. Outside area looks like it needs a deep clean. They were out of tots. Both burgers we ordered were forgettable. Fries were hot. Server never checked on us once. No reason to come back.
Sorta pricey for a burger. Nothing special. Bun and meat kinda dry. Not very big either that you would expect. Just tall and therefore difficult to eat. The side salad is served in a cardboard tray (tacky since we were dining in). The side salad was mostly spinach leaves with too many stems! I hate stems even in spring mix. My companion got the coleslaw. A very small cupful! And she said there was something too spicy in it. Not to her taste. The atmosphere is nice , booths are cozy and clean. They did major renovation for accommodation during covid. Outdoor seating area impressive. But still will probably not go back.

Notorious FAIL!Asked for the spicy burger well done..it came rare. Kids ordered grilled cheese... cheese wasn't melted. Onion rings get super hard after the air hits them.Makala the singer was the only bonus for this otherwise bad experience. Not even an offer to discount our meals after dropping $100.
We ate here on a Friday night. Just me and my husband. No waiting for a table. I had the caprese grilled cheese with sweet potato fries, it was delicious. My husband had the big papa Burger with onion rings it was also very good. Our food came out in a amazing speedy time.
Meh. I've been here a couple times and it was good, but today I got the French Dip. It was so disgusting, chewie, stringy, & fatty that it was inedible. I just had surgery and my only outing of the day was to get finally something good to eat. When I called they told me I could bring back my food and they'd make me something else, but there's no way I can get back out again. No one in their right mind would get back in their car drive all the way back to a restaurant to do something like that, so that was just kind of a weird way to handle the situation I thought. I just don't think they handled it very well & am disappointed.
The Diablo wings were super spicy lol eat at your own risk but they were delicious!! This place was good, the food was great and our waiter was great as well!
Very good food. Disappointed they've been out of NA ( NON ALCOHOL) BEER on 2 of my visits. To most this is probably not a big factor in their selection of restaurants.
