Probably should change your store hours online… Google more specifically. Hours say 9am-8pmWe arrived at 6:30pm to a closed store. On the window it says 9am-6pm. Bad business… do your part and change the store hours online so you are not inconveniencing people!
It's a good thing they have a good product because the service has gone way down...I used to be excited to go into the store, but now the experience might as well be coin- operated. I absolutely understand how the pandemic has placed restrictions on what can be provided as an experience, but the times I used to enjoy giving them my money are gone. The employees hand me the cakes with no additional services, no smiles, no spoons, no napkins, no "thank you, come again". I'm just glad they don't have the tablets with the automatic tipping option, because it's certainly not needed.
Fantastic customer service! Both of the employees that I interacted with were friendly and nice and made my quick stop for cake the highlight of my day!
Customer service is amazing!! And cakes are delicious! Unfortunately my order that i placed online was not accurate and I did notify them. They offered to redo my order and even throw in an extra bundlet! I am very happy with my experience.
Sam was a tremendous help to me yesterday when I went in to pick out a birthday cake. He quickly outlined the offerings and carefully explained each one. He is a true professional!
I usually get awesome service when I come here unfortunately today was not the case! Lady, was very rude and showed no interest in helping any of the customers in the store. Friday at 1pm is the time that this person was working.

I love the LEMON and the special Strawberries & Cream flavor this month. The little ones are perfect, a bit bigger than a cupcake. I am not a huge frosting person, but theirs is great. They are so cute and I think a nice price for such a great dessert.
Canes are always amazing. Unfortunately the lady working there Friday 11th at 3pm was really rude and unhelpful, ill find a different location
