Hours on the door were not correct. The shop was closed before it was supposed to with no signage. Tried calling and no answer.
HOLY HECK.......I am pretty tolerant and am not a germ a phobe by any means but this place is scary! I love me my Menchies but this will absolutely be the last time I venture to this location. Half the flavors were empty, absolutely little to no choices of toppings and the card reader was down on this Sunday afternoon, which i understand, stuff happens but it was amusing watching the uninterested teen working there get aggravated when he had to look up from his cell phone to let guests know about the cash only or to ring my order up. If your not going to use the chairs and tables for whatever reason, don't leave them stacked in the store in a mess.........avoid this place.
I love Menchie’s yogurt but every time I go to this location you can barely breath in the store. The AC hasn’t worked since last year and sometimes it smells like spoiled milk. They are also out of flavors and the store does not look clean inside.I’m not sure if they’re responsible for cleaning the tabletops outside but they are filthy and sticky.

Nobody in sight for a solid 30 seconds when we came inSignificant amount of flies on the fruit, pretty disgusting ?I ate it anyway (no fruit) because I am a degenerate, but I feel like nobody should eat here. For safety.
Great prices by weight, good frozen yogurt, good variety of toppings, love that they have the liquid chocolate that freezes on your ice cream and good seating.Only downside is the bathrooms are often out of order.
first off, it smelled like armpits when i walked in there second of all, there were gnats going around the toppings and there was literally no toppings. and lastly, i was sitting at the table eating my yogurt and a little girl came out and told her dad “there were like no toppings”
This yogurt shop was a mess. The floor was sticky with a huge spill right by the cash register. There was no hand sanitizer. All the spoons for the toppings were sticky along with the machines. Half the toppings were gone. Gross.

I’ve been to this place so many times and it never disappoints! The wife and I enjoy a treat here whenever we come to ABQ. The staff is friendly and attentive. Keep up the great work!
