Came in during the afternoon where inside had just two or three families inside and ordered. It took over 20 minutes to get my food and when it finally came out it was cold. I’m not even mad just dissatisfied and disappointed
Unfriendly, didn't give us napkins, argued when we asked for ranch dressing, and there was a long wait! Do not recommend
LAZY STAFF!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE , DRIVE THRU IS ADVERTISED AS 12AM closing, THEY CANCELED MY ORDER I MADE @ 11:04 PM I have my doordash receipt (picture below) , I doubt you guys are closing 1 hour early ! Lazy!!!! they don’t answer phone either! That person closing tonight on Tuesday March 29th 2022. Doesn’t belong to work there anymore! they can collect unemployment since they don’t seem like they want to work! What a horrible experience & what a moron they left in charge for this to be acceptable service. Not getting McDonald’s delivered anymore thanks
I'm sixty-four so I've been to plenty of McDonald's. This is probably the worst one, no it is the worst one I've ever been to. And because it is close to my house I'm often disappointed. Weather is cold and old hard fries or they get my order wrong in the to go line, I'm just not surprised anymore. Conversely probably the the best McDonald's I've been to is in Encinitas off Leucadia Boulevard.
They were so short staffed that a tow truck worker(I’m sure he was a family member of the employees) took our order at the drive through- talk about making the best out of a situation!
Good value - when using app. Burgers are overpriced for what you get....but it is 'fast food'. Curbside after order on app is nice option. Staff needs to be trained more on positive interaction with customers.
Average place. Not super clean, but cause it's refurbished recently it's not the worst. Hand sanitizer stations are all out and two are broken. Makes me question general maintenance practices.Egg McMuffins were good though! Definitely above average, though the hash brown was far below average. Super oily. The drink was out of flavor too, like they needed to change the bag.But it's a McDonald's, what is expected?
I'm a regular, weekly visits. These are hard working people. They are under staffed so you cannot go in the lobby. Anyone looking for a great place to work, please check it out! The foods always you and the staff is so friendly!
This is the second time in two weeks that I have ordered a plain cheeseburger and the first time I got a plain chicken sandwich and today I got mustard, pickles and ketchup ON MY PLAIN CHEESEBURGER!!There is a reason we order plain cheeseburgers - WE ARE ALLERGIC! Thanks for nothing! Now I have to skip McDonald's. I cannot be wasting money like this.
Great customer service. Had a big breakfast order so they made me wait. No big deal. Order was correct when they brought it to me. Happy to see I had everything. Didn't need to ask for napkins, or ketchup, or anything.
