We really enjoy this local coffee shop and roaster. Always popular with indoor and ample outdoor seating. Coffee is always served just right and independent vibe and care surpasses chain shops. Great place to people watch. I personally study there but often get distracted by the great weather and nice people. Excellent service!

Came here yesterday with my dad. I went here a lot 7 or 8 years ago, so it was nice. It smelled the exact same. I got a brownie and apple juice like I always did. Tasted the exact same. Amazing overall.
Been coming here since the early 2000’s. They just recently made their cups significantly smaller and used a LOT less mix in their amazing chai tea latte. It used to be the best but tastes so bland now all of a sudden. It makes me so sad because this has been my favorite coffee shop to go to for years. Such a shame :(
My folks love their Guatemala and Costa Rica blends - we drive from Rancho Penasquitos area to get coffee from them, and they are both very picky about their coffee (dad has even tried roasting his own). My cousin is also enamored of the wide selection they have of Monin syrups.La Costa doesn't push it as much, but they also have a great selection of loose leaf teas! It's difficult to find decaf blends and they offer the option to buy by the ounce.
I’m amongst friends, right? Is it fair to say that we ? (?) our coffee? Well I know that I do, so when I walk in to @lacostacoffeeroasting and smell the roasting, grinding, and brewing of the beans while @official.raycharles is playing, only good things are about to happen! Although I wouldn’t describe their coffee selection as being extensive, no one on the review team for this Henry’s Take visit had anything but positive experiences. Our Realtor introduced us to this place. Mango iced tea, vanilla latte, passion fruit iced tea, green garden iced tea, peanut butter cookies, and mocha chip frappe were all very good (we’ve been multiple times). Chloe is an AMAZING employee, and everyone else is very nice including the owner/roaster.
A great cup of coffee and a very helpful staff. Both hard things to find together.
I stop here about 3 times a week. The owner is ever-present and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their chai lattes are the best I've had and the coffees are an artform. I couldn't be more impressed
