First time visiting Jersey Mike's. Entire staff greeted me on entry and was incredibly friendly. The girl assisting me offered great suggestion for bread type. (Parmesan something) It was absolutely amazing with the Club Sub and 100% I will definitely return.

Oh I’m so disappointed! We really were looking forward to enjoying jersey Mike’s sandwichs but when I walked into the store a particular employee (didn’t get her name) a young woman, maybe 20 years old, tattoos on her lower arms, told me she’d help me in a minute. She proceeded to touch her face which had visible acne inflamation and then rubbed her eye. She then picks up a pair of gloves and starts playing with them with her dirty hands all while joking and laughing with another employee who was off to the side and out of sight. I was so grossed out, didn’t feel comfortable asking her to sanitize her hands before she puts on the gloves. Not to mention those gloves were completely contaminated. I was just so disappointed by lack of cleanliness and RESPECT.So sad for the owner. This employee is detrimental to this establishment. We won’t be back!
This store will not answer their phone when they are busy. And use being busy as the excuse. It rings. They can hear you calling but will not pick up. So becareful making an online order and no chance making a phone order.I made an online order. They messed up my sandwich pretty bad. I tried calling to have it remade so I could get back to my family eating as quick as possible. No answer. And I called repeatedly.Their customer service was lacking. The girl named Cassandra working the slicer was particularly unprofessional and rude. Using toddler taunting in response to me saying something she didn't like. There was no "the customer is right" with this crew. As they all continue to make excuses instead of just apologizing and quickly remaking the food.There was one girl who if left alone to help me would have been amazing. I feel bad in my irritance with the others i didn't get her name. As soon as I walked in she made eye contact, didn't even let me finish explaining my issues and immediately said they would remaike it and asked what it was. The guy behind her stepped in asked me to repeat everything and then gave me every reason why they had done what they had done instead of just fixing it like the first girl attempted.All because they couldn't be bothered with their non in person customers enough to answer the phone.
It's the little things that separate greatness from mediocrity. Keep trying. Greatness awaits you.
