They sent me a regular sub when I had paid for the XL, so this trip was on the house, which really wasn't necessary, I was willing to just be "made whole" and get the difference, but the mngr. Insisted on going over the top in "making things right" So high marks for customer service! Of course the food is ALWAYS EXCELLENT 5 STARS. ??

My god, 30 minutes to get a sandwich….. this place needs support. Line is out the door and you have one Associate cleaning windows while the other two can’t keep up. Needs better management and priority settings.

Great sandwich. Also like to say this place was spotless! The two young men working there obviously took a lot of pride in their restaurant.
The meat and bread is always amazing, high quality and super fresh. Never had a bad experience with this Jersey Mike’s. Justin had an amazing attitude and you can tell he loves his job. I think I have enough points to get a free giant sub next visit!
