i placed an online order and i accidentally sent it to the wrong location. this was right around peak lunch order and it was very busy. i explained my dilemma to the people working closest to me, and they were so lovely and they made me my sandwiches free of charge. i was in a hurry and they saved me so much time. thank you so much, guys!

The club sandwich is one of the best I have ever had.

Sandwich makers chat with you while you wait as they make your sandwich, even though they are very busy. Nice touch!

The girls did a great job today. Very professional and efficient. They run a tight ship!

Just want to give a shout out to the young lady in there that served us on the evening of January 15th around 8:30 pm or so. Most stores were closed that evening, so I imagine the workers there just wanted to get home. A young lady helped my daughter get a sandwich. What this lady didn't know was that we were having a very rough evening and this young (blond) girl was so nice and kind to us. She cheered us all up. I hope she can be recognized for her good service and cheerful attitude.

My family loves Jersey Mike's, but over the past year service has slipped..... I mean how are you going to get an order completely wrong and then use the excuse that you ran out of bread and can't remake the sandwich??? To make matters worse I still haven't heard from the manager and it's been almost a month now!!! They need to start doing better or more stars are going away.

I just tried to get lunch here, drove down from oceanside, I get out of my car and BAM! Instant STINK! It smells like raw sewage here, so I enter, hoping that the inside will smell normal? No such luck. I lost my cookies and my appetite at this location. Someone call the health department!

Great subs lotsa meat etc on them

very nice, quick, and the subs are great

I come here on and off when I am in the area because they typically have the ripest/reddest tomatoes (not something you see in California) ... very bummed to see over the past couple of months that the quality of sandwiches has been tapering off. It feels like the slices are thinner, and the veggies aren't that fresh. I went in today and was extremely bummed to see brown lettuce being served proudly, and the people behind the counter could have cared less. I asked if there was anything fresher, and the girl shrugged. Given that you pay $8-9 typically for a regular sandwich, the ingredients should be top notch.
