Great smoothies! The workers were super nice, the manager was kind of rude the employees, and down their throat the whole time, which put a bad taste I’m my mouth.

Worst customer service! It was so hot outside, I'm choosing to go to this location and being told to wait outside while there was only 2 customers. The employee was yelling across the entire floor where it was very unprofessional. No customer service here!

Staff was very professional
The staff was friendly and helpful but at the end Loya forgot the critical topping ingredient in my bowl. She substituted the chia seeds? The oatmeal was too much and they were not toasted. Missing honey drips... Bowl was very plain now.
1. If you order online and want to pick it up, you need to remember what you ordered exactly for them to look it up. They can't find your order by your first/last name or by order number. 2. If I come into the store and stand in front of the pick up order area, there is no need to ask what menu item to get started on making. 3. Also, perhaps due to the pandemic, the staff has a short fuse on certain days. If you don't remember what you ordered they have said 'we have 12 bowls in the fridge, you need to remember what you ordered'. If you happen to mention 'acai bowl', that isn't adequate or specific enough. It has to be the specific name shown on the menu.

Wayyyy understaffed. I've come here 3 times, when there's over 5 people in line and ONLY one person working. Takes over 20 minutes to get anything. Wont come here again.
I was craving one of their Acaį bowls and decided to go to this one since it was on my way home. When I received my bowl it had almost no toppings and was a liquid juice more than a smoothie bowl. It looked it was made lazily and I was disappointed:(
