Spoiled meat, how can they get away with this?I used the drive-thru to order one chicken sandwich, one sourdough sandwich. Upon arrival in San Diego I ate first the chicken sandwich, which tasted less than OK, but I was hungry. The first bite on the sourdough sandwich confirmed the bad quality of the food. I find it ridiculous to pay full price without objection, then be unable to obtain in return a quality, fresh meal. Careless food handling should be investigated by whomever is in charge of supervising these restaurants. Jack-in-the-box has never been my favorite, now I know I'll never buy food again from any restaurant of this chain. From now on I will definitely inspect and try my food right at the window before driving off.
1:30-2:30 AM. March 26, 2022. Closed around that time because of their lunch time. I understand that they have to take a break. They shouldn't accept peoples order and make people wait.
Egg lace sucks!! And the grill at Poinsettia and Ave Encinas is too hot for eggs. Tough eggs are hard to eat.I chew, chew, chew so I don't choke.
Went to drive thru. Placed order and then was told they could only take cash. Said ok...went to window and he had deleted our order. Had to redo. Ask for condiments of ketchup and salt. Got about 20 packets of ketchup and another 29 packets of taco sauce.. No salt.. think they need some training.. like maybe tell customer cash only before taking orders.
I usually do drive thru and the employees are very good never had a problem with them or the food.
Nice employees. Fast and food is fresh. Iced mocha is bomb. Most jack n the boxes make terrible iced mochas.
The sausage croissant ? sandwich is great! Also try the cinnamon sugar donuts. They are delicious.
I guess half my order is better than nothing. Make sure you double check your order when going through the drive thru.
These guys hate truck drivers. No problem. Went to In-n-Out just up the street and got a better burger and better service.
Good food, fast service, clean establishment.
