Went through the drive through. It was a long line. The line went really fast. In no time I was ordering and receiving my food. That was the fastest service I have ever seen.
Jack's got what you need 24/7. Breakfast at 6pm? A bacon-chicken-tater-melt munchie meal with mixed curly and regular fries at 347am? No matter what time it is their mini churros are like actual crack. I'm craving them after just typing that. Junkie status...going to get a 10piece of those little pinches churros ahora. Jack is the plug.
Horrible customer service. Only went here because Vallarta express was closed never again. The girl in drive through was so rude got my whole order wrong than git an attitude when I said something. Not to mention while in drive through I was trying to order food and she came through speaker loud and rude saying just wait a minute dang blew my mind. As I work night only few places open at that time ill starve for I go back to this place
Christmas night these guys were rock stars. We got stuck away from food and everyone was closed. Not only were these guys working, they were incredible! Highly recommended!

Came to pick up an order. Drive-thru closed, dining room closed, lights on, employees in the house, no one available to explain. As soon as order cancelled I see that they're back in biz. Bummer for the person who ordered food.
Great local eatery. Fast, great tasting and with all things considered a great value.

This should be NO STARS!! Drive-thru girl was rude and I left the food I ordered because even though she said "sorry" after the fact, she was more concerned with the line, not the incident she caused. She said, "Well, I am sorry...that will be $5.90". The worst & first experience I ever had in a drive-thru. Not surprised it was in Carlsbad on Carlsbad Village street. Beware!
Never an unpleasant experience at this particular location. I get my subway, the lady at the window cracks jokes, we laugh. It’s wonderful.
