SLOW. At our table for 45 minutes and left without any food.Ordered at 6:45. At 7:15 we were told “food is taking a minute” and we asked for an update because we had somewhere to be. At 7:30 we were told we should probably go because our food was still not ready. Our waitress was nice but if food is taking 45+ minutes to put out, customers should be made aware so they can make the choice ahead of time if they want to wait an hour for their food or not.
We had a great time it was pretty empty so we had good service I had the tortilla soup which I love I always get that it's good that and we also got chicken wings that they were out of so it ended up being chicken fingers... Everything was good I ordered ordered some cheesy fries and we did not realize fries came with our wings already I wish they would have told us that and we could have substituted them or not ordered the extra fries and paid for that.. That is a good sign of a good waiter or waitress though.
Service was nice. We mentioned that we were in a rush and they brought us the food and the check in a timely manner.
Yummy hamburgers, tacos, salads, fries and funky drinks. Islands theme throughout and videos on tv screens perched high above showing endless scenes of incredible surfing and sometimes extreme snow skiing/boarding. Fun place for happy hour.
Place was pretty busy, but go us in quick for table for 2. Our server was quick, nice and efficient with the service.Now don't get me started with the food that was hhmmmm on point!! I got the Kilauea(sorry if I chopped the spelling) but is was soo good ? it was a nice visit after we a while.

Good food, good service, slow delivery. I understand that the staffing issues are a challenge, but 15 minutes to wait to sit, 5 minutes to take the order (server was excellent), then 30+ minutes to wait ... For burgers?
Food was really good! Nice environment, friendly servers, and reasonable price.
