Was greatly surprised to have a good meal at a reasonable fair price in California, imagine that!!! I went for dinner with my two sons and had the hamburgers (without cheese0, no onions. My teenager even purchase the T-Shirt! So I guess we're officially fans of In-N-Out! We'll definitely go back, hope is soon, since I live far from CA.
Fries were not cooked….burger just wasn’t good. It’s really going to be an “in and out” burger…into the toilet…
Today I went in at 10:30am to make a big order of about 27 meals, the whole staff was AMAZING the order was done at record time and they help count everything to make sure it was all there and they also provided big boxes for easy transport. I appreciate you guys!! That is why In and Out is better than any other hamburger joint out there. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS AMAZING. The 2 shakes that I ordered with my huge order weren't given to me and didn't realize until i got back to the office, but their customer service made up for that, it was my mistake for not remembering about them
Besides the wait, they're just like I grew up with - delicious. Price is 50% more than 5 years ago, but it is CA...
Everyone wanted to the drive-thru at this location so we were in line for 15 minutes. This could have been avoided by ordering inside which I would've done if it wasn't for my napping toddler in the backseat. I ordered a Cheeseburger which tasted amazing as expected - the secret is in the grilled onions and a side of fries. So fresh so simple and so good. In-N-Out is hard to beat just wish we had one in Vancouver Canada!
Come here every week. Drive thru and parking can get a little hectic and tricky, especially during rush hours, but their quality is always consistently good, as anyone would expect.
Brought my son here for the first time after visiting Legoland. He claimed he was not hungry. I ordered a Double-Double with fries and before I could even take a bite, my son, sitting in the back seat (he was young) smelled the burger and immediately changed his mind. He ended up eating two In & Out Hamburgers and a side of fries, after that we ate here three days in a row! I think he liked it. YES it's chain, but it's a good chain!
My husband and I received a great experience! The service was exceptional, the entire place felt clean and the food was delicious!
