Every bad review regarding customer service has one thing in common, the rude girl with the piercing(s) who I am assuming is a manager. I understand hating your job and being underpaid, but that does not make it OK to treat people the way she does. I have no idea how she hasn’t been fired.
Great poke bowl fresh ingredients and fast service
Our favorite Village Poke spot! Our son asks to go there at least 1x/week, it reminds him of our trips to Oahu. The Poke is always fresh and the bowls taste great. As others have alluded to the service is not always the best.Yet, given the all day mask wearing required indoors due to COVID, I give servers a break on not always being 100% happy as was expected pre COVID. Overall we love the Poke & give a big break to any service workers stuck inside for months on end during COVID...If you enjoy Poke & are in The Village this is the best place to go!
This place is ridiculous. They are over priced...for one and they suddenly are deciding to refuse to serve you if you don’t have a mask. They will not offer you a mask. The girl that told us we had to wear a mask didn’t even have a mask on. Will not be back. We used to come here all the time and no one was wearing masks here a few weeks ago. Must be owned by liberals.

I was at hooked on poke yesterday evening at 5 pm. The female employee has FU tattooed on her middle left finger which in my opinion should be covered. She only wore one glove on her right hand and no glove on her left hand while serving food. She was not polite and argumentative. Food was good service was rude.
Fresh, time after time...fresh poke all day all the time.
I got the regular bowl. Three scoops of protein. I got two scoops of Ahi, one scoop of Salmon. I got all the add on except the avocado ($1.25 extra). The crab was not. Which was nice. Not too pricey.
My bowl would have been decent, if only it had the sauces I ordered on it, but it didn't. So it was a depressing bowl to say the least. Maybe online orders are too hard for the staff to follow?
