Super cute place in Carlsbad. I tried the Lemon and brown sugar crepe and to my surprise it was actually very delicious. Also tried a strawberry shake with boba that was good. Both items did not disappoint and have me excited to come back and try more.
I have visited few times to this place and my fav there is item no:1 Amazing with a scoop of Gelato, very delicious with a good combination of warm crepe and cold gelato . Staff is super friendly and welcoming . Must try .
My kids love crepes and we decided to try Froglanders Crepes & Yogurt on our way to Carlsbad Beach. My kids had their Strawberry crepe with Nutella. One wanted cream and one didn't. I tried their chicken pesto crepe and their green tea with boba. We enjoyed it. I want to come back and try their yogurt next time we visit Carlsbad.
Zoey was so nice to us when we ran into the store literally 5 mins before they closed … she didn’t have to help us and you could tell they had already cleaned the crepe equipment but luckily all we wanted was some boba … and it was surprisingly VERY GOOD BOBA!I’m so grateful Zoey still let us order our drinks bc it hit the spot and she was a trooper about it. Through the Carlsbad store, we catered our daughter's baby shower for about 30 in our backyard. From the moment of arrival, owner Shah and manager, Agatha were not just organized, professional and committed to excellence; they were warm, and simply fun to spend the day with! They just clicked. Being a newbie to the "Crepe Experience",,, the first round starts with the savory style, ham, cheese and veggies, or Vegetarian with a Guacamole added flair. Both were simply exceptional. Then,, gotta have a second round of amazing dessert, sweetness; Crepes with strawberries, fresh bananas finalized with drizzled chocolate. They were simply Off the Hook! Shah and Agatha's organized, teamwork made the process fast and efficient.My wife and I whole-heartedly recommend Froglanders, Carlsbad for any party or event catering needs. Awesome yogurt (I'm a classic tart lover and it hit the spot.) Great selection of other flavors as well. Easy self serve. Pay by size not weight which is honestly nicer and less stressful. My partner got the cinnamon roll crepe which was deliciously creamy and sweet but just the perfect amount. Open until 10:30pm so a perfect place to hit at sunset or coming back from dinner or drinks. But above all, the service was top notch. The owner was a wonderful person and made this an experience beyond just getting yogurt. It's truly a special thing to feel like someone is easy to know and chat with even in the span of a handful of minutes. At a time when life is hectic and busy, it's worth stopping by to slow down, get something yummy, and have a nice chat. Highly recommend!
came to pickup food so I had a brief yet great experience. I loved that I could add mochi to my crepes & their vegan crepes are extremely good and since i’m vegan it’s been a while since I’ve been able to eat crepes again so this was awesome. I especially liked their sweet crepes.Im surprised to be seeing any negative reviews because the stores atmosphere is calm, quiet, the staff is incredibly friendly & helpful, & the food is good. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Amazing crepes and self-serve frozen yogurt! I’m in love with the Caramel Pretzel flavor… I’ve been coming here at least once a week for it. Simply addicting. Love it.
We had a terrible experience here with the boba. The mango popping boba was like all popped already. So it was just flavored milk and empty boba skins. Really nasty texture, we had to spit them out. We got zero sips with actual boba. Maybe they were old or something? I've never had that happen before. The drink flavor wasn't bad. We both threw ours in the trash without finishing, waste of money. Unfriendly staff, but it was after 8pm so maybe they had a long day. Either way, I wouldn't recommend the drinks here.
The bathroom is disgusting, the girl who cooks is the owner, she is a cashier, she is the one who does the cleaning, she is the one who does everything, therefore the service is slow, my order was wrong and I did not fix it We immediately had to wait there so that all orders would be delivered to fix our order, when I mentioned his mistake he was rude, as if that were not enough when before entering the bathroom I put sugar on my shoe, disastrous
