Didn’t like it the guy was upright and they messed up on my order I asked for four breakfast burritos and one California burrito instead they gave me two California burrito and two breakfast plus they charge for bacon extra so beware they take advantage of your money.
Great food and fast service. They are always hopping because it is very popular with the locals for take-out. Their tacos are great!
$12 California burrito is a joke.... It's the size of a taco..... Don't waste ur money.... These clowns do not know how to make a burrito.... Awful.
Of you love fish tacos check that place out on Tuesdays. My favorite is the fish ? burrito, but they have alot of things on the menu and its all good.
It’s been a while since my return, but the carne asada burritos are darn tasty. I understand COVID has increased prices, but $7.40 plus tax for 3 rolled tacos with guacamole is pushing my limits. I’d expect 5 for that price.
Went on Sunday for menudo, but they said they didn't make it any more due to non-interest. So I went ahead and ordered two fish tacos, and the chicken tortilla soup. Both were excellent. The smoked Chipotle salsa is the best salsa I have ever had on the face of this planet. I'm here for two more days, and I'm going to be there the next 2 days.
There's $0.99 fish tacos and they're pretty good. Bam! What more to say??!!??

Living down the street from El Pueblo has added to my already blessed value of living in Carlsbad. I have eaten at a myriad of the Mexican taco shops from Imperial Beach to Oceanside and honestly El Pueblo is tops! There is not a better deal on the entire planet than their .99 cent fish taco! Go ahead and compare! Our family just came back from Texas and the Mexican food was delicious but not as scrumptious as El Pueblo. Always, excellent service!!
