Pizza is slowly getting worse. It is a hit or miss if you get a good pizza or not. The topping prices are very ridiculous for the amount they put on. The employees have not followed my orders correctly almost every time; either a topping will be missing or the cut is not correct.
Ridiculous to keep your online system open but close early. Very frustrating. I’ve been a regular customer since I moved here. Not any more! Charge my account but then cancel the order!
Terrible customer service. Cancelled my online order three times in a row and said they don’t deliver to me. The manager was condescending and told me to find another location to deliver. I explained the online app automatically selects the closest location for delivery and she said too bad. She hung up on me.. I will never order from this location again. Stay away
The last 2 times I ordered pizza and chicken wings from them. The first time the pizza wasn't great and the chicken wings were undercooked and nasty. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. I gave them another shot and had the same results with undercooked, soggy chicken wings. Gross.
The website says they take order until 11:00pm. That's not true. They're closed by 8:00pm. You can place an order -- the app won't tell you that it won't be honored. They call you back and tell you -- and then refund the money. It would be easier for everyone and certainly avoid bad reviews if they would update their hours.
This Domino's has ruined all Domino's for me. All I wanted was some cheesy bread and a small pizza. After waiting for over thirty minutes in the prep stage, I knew something and I called. It took over twenty minutes for anyone to pick up the phone after calling multiple times. The person who picked up just goes "we're closed," proceeds to cancel my order, and when I mentioned that they should change the hours of operation on their website she just tsked and sarcastically told me to have a nice night. Usually I'm patient in situations like these (these people makee minimum wage and working is difficult during Covid), yet this was inexcusable. Do not order from here if you still wish to enjoy the childhood nostalgia of pull apart cheesy bread, because now all I can think of is this hatred.
Hit or miss. No pun. The first couple of deliveries weren't too bad, the drivers were more than prompt and polite, but the last one which may just be my last order from this location, the pizza was late, the quality was bad and products were cold. I also have experienced, because it's very obvious, that the Rewards and 'piece of the pie' get free is a scam. You don't even earn any "points." Surprise Frees is a comical not at all. Can't understand why Sundays would be so booked where orders are patently late but with Domino's best be ready for anything, and their food quality, safety and value fluctuate inconveniently.
Horrible customer service today with the 2 managers on site! They both yelled at me and was rude when I expressed my concerns and they both hung up on me, I got no help. They where absolutely very disrespectful. They worked tonight 11/4/21 around 7-9pm. I recently buried my uncle yesterday and this attitude just broke me. We just wanted dinner and it was all wrong.
Our pizza was sitting under heating lamp for 30 minutes so my son calls in to ask about it and the manager rudely answered him that she was waiting for a delivery driver, so my son requested for the pizza be remade because we wanted fresh pizza. Manager never tried to fix the problem, she didn't even know how to handle the situation. We are still waiting for a higher manager to call my son back. They sent us pizza that they just reheated or they ran it thru the oven. Service is not even correct much less exceptable. Just beware when you order from this location - Carlsbad via Montebello ?
