This is the Worst Chinese place in San Diego county.I used to be regular till I saw the Cok roaches running around.Once I ordered the Duck was cooked on the outside and frozen Inside. Also it’s a rip off place. I get sick once on theirs food.I don’t recommend it at all. Also very Rude Employees.
Food is great. P.S. They do use a little too much soy sauce on their dishes so maybe ask for light on the soy.

I had chins for Chinese new year and my family loved it we orderedPork Dim sumBroccoli beefOrange chickenChow funGarlic chickenTo goEverything was delicious!!This was a 12 minute wait because of the dim sum I had no problem waiting it was fine since they have to steam them they were soo good and it came with thee original dip sauce and chili oil sooo good!!
It’s so bad! And I came here multiple times because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Forget it. It’s just bad. The lady at the front is never helpful and must not have any system. It’s total chaos. The food is greasy and not great. I know Chins La Costa is convenient but I can’t encourage others enough to look around for alternatives because there are other places that are doing a really good job. Try others!
I have never eaten at Chin's Gourmet, but I have ordered takeout there many times, enjoying their Hot 'N Sour Soup, and the General Tso's Chicken. Their food is tasty, and it is usually ready when I order online, and drive over to pick up. I will be back often.

They have hot and sour seafood soup so good! Our go to place, better than other chins locations. Eggplant hot pot awesome too.
