Unfortunately we did not have a good food experience at Cacio. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, it was like eating a thin breaded piece of dry cardboard; it was also missing the roasted cherry tomatoes, but I doubt that was going to make it any better. My wife had the Spaghetti Carbonara, it was better but not a good bite. The kids split a spaghetti and meatballs. I don't have the words to describe it, but I will say they did eat the bread sticks.
The pasta is so good here I recommend chicken tequila!!!
